Getting ready to grill some large Wagyu+Pork dogs, over charcoal, naturally. Wife picked 'em up at a local butcher shop, though I don't think these sausages are local. No matter, wife loves a large dog.
By the time they're buried in chili & onions or relish, they'll be great. Especially when the taste of charcoal-fired grilling. Charred for me, thank you.
Have a nice, thick Wagyu New York Strip for tomorrow or Sunday.
