Pardons and Commutations of Sentences in South Carolina by Governor McMaster for NON VIOLENT Crimes

I do political and community and social advocacy in my retirement and was thinking on this regarding folks with minor sentence.

For people with non-violent crimes with good behavior we need in South Carolina to help put people back into the family and just living.

Any suggestions on this thought ?

I would question it , if a person had multiple charges for a said charge .
Example : driving under suspension 2,3, or 4 times.. At some point a person needs to pay for there action.
