I am having a conversation just pointing out that there isn't a law today that's racist.
Crack vs Cocaine sentencing guidlines are a poor argument, considering the stance the congressional black caucus, among others, took on the issue going back to Nixon's White House. Were there disparate consequences, yes, and much of the laws pertaining to this have been repealed or ammended for years now.
If you want to say that there may be racists that are judges or prosecutors or that end up on juries I would agree. There are racist individuals from every race, creed, color, socioeconomic, religious affiliation, sexual orientation and any other group you want to add. This will never change, the world is full of morons.
