No, the problem is that Republican voters and politicians will still vote for him if he's their candidate (which he will be).
Y'all want things to go back to normal? Then refuse to cast your ballots for him, take the L, and kick the extremists out of the party. Otherwise it's all hot air.
I know the dems have extremists too, but it's a much smaller # and they aren't in absolute control of our party. If you say they are, you aren't a serious person.

I disagree. The best thing that could happen to the Republican party, and U.S. politics, would be for Republicans to reject him on their own. Stop waiting on somebody else to stop him. The Republicans should actually be the party of law & order, of personal responsibility, that they love to claim to be.
