Yeah that’s some powerful songwriting indeed. Stumbled on this video last night. Some may not agree with his politics but you have to appreciate his passion
Lots of truth here. Amazing how many become rich while serving in DC.
How many. How about all? They all make deals with financial benefits plus have insider trading info. Add a lifetime pension to that and you have a bunch of rich folks making decisions that impact the masses. They don’t pay into SS and aren’t subject to the health insurance the public has to purchase. Our government has run amuck.

Has anyone seen the story where stars like post Malone, nickel back and several stars got millions of government money during the pandemic that was supposed to go to small theaters and venues so they wouldn’t have to close down. The story said they wouldn’t say what was done with the money.
That’s the thing for me. I don’t feel he is picking sides. Doesn’t matter what side of the aisle, they all have their hands out. They all pit one American against another. Washington (along with media) helped create the huge divide we have in this country. At the end of the day, this is still the greatest country in the world IMO but unfortunately greed has made it a little less great.

At first I felt somewhat similar but after a few more listens it didn't bother me at all.
