Run of the mill White

Not offended, but Inequity tends to piss me off. Rules should be the same for all.

I don’t think we should harness what people say on either side. Best part about freedom of speech is that people are free to tell you who they are.

Do you seriously think the over-emphasis on diversity and not on quals & experience isn't a contributing factor? It's OK if you don't, but I absolutely think it is.
But you think that’s what has happened?

And because someone isn’t old and white means they can’t perform their job well?

You already got affirmative action taken away, what’s the next excuse?

No I’d advise her to not say that. But I also don’t feel as dramatic as you do about it.
Rich considering you have epic meltdowns and temper tantrums over the slightest hint of “offensive” speech from white or conservative people

Does it make more sense to just lay down and let mentally deranged people run over you and have free rein?
Turning the other cheek is preferable to participating; I just say you call folks on their BS and wait for the worm to turn.

No I’d advise her to not say that. But I also don’t feel as dramatic as you do about it.
And there’s our disagreement. I think it’s a matter of “out of the heart, the mouth speaks”. She’s not some terrible person. But that statement is a microcosm of a larger societal problem we have. And no, it doesn’t compare to slavery or Jim Crow. Not even close. But at its heart is the same sin. And in your answer i feel you betray the fact that you are more forgiving to racism perpetrated against a white person than the other way around. why not call it both ways equally?

You're something dude, I'll give you that.

I think that there's currently an over-reliance both in the government and Corporate America on diversity. Educational background and work experience seem to be taking a back seat. I know the value to the bottom line of having a diverse work force. Of course, I've never interviewed or hired anyone other than white people , but you do you.

Race aside, youthful exuberance is a poor substitute for work & life experience and academic cred. I never said anything about "old & white", but you sure jumped right on that, didn't you?

But nothing factual points to this overwhelming influx of diversity without qualifications.

Seriously show where that is becoming an issue with facts please.

I clearly said I would advise her not to say that. I’m not gonna be as dramatic as you though because I know how racism affects marginalized groups of communities in this country and this isn’t one to be near as upset about as your are.

Hopefully you have this much passion about systemic racism in our world/country as well. If so good on you.

I am considerably more lenient when it comes to black people being racist against white people than I am in the reverse scenario. Black people, if they so choose, have a very valid reason to feel racist towards white people. Just like I won't be critical of a American WW2 vet hating the Japanese. A sliding scale makes sense to me when one side has experienced unspeakable horrors, cruelty and dehumanization at the hands of the other, whether it was for 5 years or 3+ centuries.

If you'd like for white people to experience 300+ years of horrors, cruelty and dehumanization at the hands of their evil, black masters, you know, to level up the playing field, then we can talk about calling it equally. But until then, you just sound like a little bitch. You and every other cracker itt complaining about it.

But one example. From a 2020 CNN article. I'll look for statistics from reputable sources later this week. It doesn't matter; you won't change my mind and I certainly won't change yours.

Biden has said in the past that he would pick someone “of color and/or a different gender” as his running mate, but has until Sunday refrained from committing to picking a woman as his vice president.

Nothing about quals/experience...just female & preferably "of color".
Awesome. Picking people for important jobs based on gender and skin color as the primary screening tools or the more subtle racism in Corporate America of using a hiring matrix that is skewed more heavily toward gender & race--which is what I've personally seen happen.

Sounds like a great way to find the best qualified people for the job.

I agree with you to some degree. But Kamala Harris was every bit as qualified to be vice president as almost every other running mate in history, so it's likely that Biden meant "of the qualified people to choose from, it will likely be a minority and possibly female. And I don't see anything wrong with that that. He was going for unity.

He didn't go pick some random person working an hourly job somewhere who just happened to be black and female. So, poor choice of words on his part, but he did choose someone qualified in addition to being black and female*.

*the previous post was not an endorsement of Kamala Harris or Joe Biden or the job either have done.

WRONG

"Biden is considering a broad tier of candidates to be his running mate, after pledging earlier this year to pick a woman for the job"

And nothing says anything about anyone other than a woman of color.

The same honkeys crying itt are the ones who rush in to deny Trump's overt racism at every turn. It's really quite something.
If you know what overt means, please give me an example. I'll bet I can find many more from Biden. Do you defend all his racist remarks?

A a run of the mill white, am I supposed to be offended by that?

Well let me show my impartial side

Is the team composed of a bunch of tun of the mill white chunky chicks

Similar might be said of punk pizzy haired black girls

I say if the shoe fits own it an wear it

Coming from a fat old white fart

Grow some thicker skin and quit worrying about being offended

Either you are mentally retarded or are trolling. If you don't think diversity is the reason we have a clueless moron with no understanding of the English language as vp, I don't know what to tell you.

Does it make more sense to just lay down and let mentally deranged people run over you and have free reign?

Was just talking to my 10 year old grandson who asked me about weird people in society

My answer is the world is full of them so avoid them

Keep a distance

He was talking about black punk kids hanging around mall exits waiting to rob an older white lady which is the MO for where her grandma was telling him she went to for Chinese takeout for us today

so if the description is accurate own it

Kamela is the national poster person for ignorance of public school education or maybe a better example of sleeping on her back or on her knees to the top

Yes, we all know that you're hate-filled, racist piece of shit. Your grandson didn't ask you anything. You just started the conversation and talked the whole time because you're one of those old honkeys who thinks everyone young is just dying to hear what you have to say about everything.

My ex father in law was the same way. Knew everything about everything, even the things he'd only heard about for the first time just seconds prior. Never had conversation, just gave advice about every goddamn thing that ever came up to whoever was near him.

Your second paragraph…I feel for you because I’ve been there. I try hard to never become like that.

You forgot to include the blacks inflicting horrors on blacks for likely thousands of years in Africa before the white guy showed up to give the victorious black slavers a market to sell to for a tidy profit

How does the oppressed black folk feel about thousands if not tens of thousands of years of being oppressed by blacks

Gee fella its still happening today as black on black crime is off the charts

racism

rā′sĭz″əm

noun

  1. The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.
  2. Discrimination or prejudice based on race.
  3. The belief that each race has distinct and intrinsic attributes.

The spirit of what she was saying was she was proud of the inclusivity of other races/diversity on the team. Not that she was excluding a race based on race. You are misunderstanding her point, so that you can feel upset about people talking about diversity as a positive. You might want to reflect on WHY you are reacting this way..

Just so you know which does not matter to a mental giant you are in that same conversation I told him that there are white punks to watch out for

It just do happens this situation had a couple black punks

The good part of this conversation is I know you are one of the weird ones

I would advise sane sensible people to avoid you

Get help now as you can make something of your life if you care and get good therapy
