Seriously, how can anyone support this?

Not yet, but the President has repeatedly said he wants to do this. There have also been multiple US citizens detained despite proving their citizenship.

The Trump regime is absolutely going to attempt to deport American citizens, they’re clearly testing the legal waters for this and are directly challenging the Supreme Court’s authority.

The second an American Citizen is deported and there aren’t extreme consequences for the President, we will officially be in an authoritarian state.
Lots of “ifs” and “when” in your post dbjork6317. Sort of like Bernie and AOC screaming “we will stop you when you attack Social Security and Medicaid” as if Trump has ever mentioned doing such. So I say” you will be one of Biden’s strongest supporters when he runs for President again” as if that is a possibility. It isn’t!!

It’s a pattern.

They are really mad about the inflation that MIGHT be coming.

The Biden administration did nothing to secure the border and allowed over 10 million illegal aliens into the country. And now that it’s time to remove them, we don’t have enough judges or court rooms to listen to all of these people‘s cases.

People who should’ve never been here to begin with. People who have caused American taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars. People who have committed crimes, who have overwhelmed school systems and housing markets.

I don’t for one second believe that our constitution prohibits the president of the United States from removing these illegal aliens that were purposefully allowed to invade this country under the last administration.

Nobody, not even the Supreme Court can make determinations about national security.

To allow this would mean that our immigration laws are meaningless.

Pot meet kettle.

WEAPONIZATION: The Democrats were certain Trump would lose in 2024 and end up in jail or live in exile. Here is Jennifer Rubin explaining how she's love to see Trump shipped off to Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, or Russia. Fast forward to 2025 and she's livid a criminal gang members here illegally was deported to El Salvador.

h/t @listen_2learn
What a stupid *****!

I hear a lot of people are throwing around the words “due process” without knowing what they actually mean. So I did the research (also listened to Mark Levin who did a really good job explaining it):

1. Illegal Aliens are entitled to notice and a hearing before an immigration judge.

2. They can pay for their own attorney and present evidence.

3. They have the right to appeal the decision of the immigration judge before an Immigration Review Board.

4. Appeals to federal district court may happen if:

A. Final order of removal
B. Constitutional claims
C. Legal errors
D. Convention against torture
E. Writ of Habeas Corpus

5. Limited review in district court means:

A. The court cannot second guess the underlying evidence.
B. Cannot review discretionary decisions.
C. Cannot review factual findings.
D. Maybe barred from reviewing expedited removal orders.

Kilmer Abrego Garcia

- Appeared before an immigration judge to contest his removal from the United States in 2019. During this hearing, he presented substantial evidence, including personal testimony and documentation, asserting that he would face persecution if returned to El Salvador.

- The immigration judge determined that he was eligible for removal.

- He only married his girlfriend while he was detained, not for the three years prior to his arrest.

- He appealed, the Immigration Appeals Board allowed him to stay because being sent back would endanger his life due to rival gangs.

Only 26% of immigration decisions are appealed to the federal court (according to statistics from 2021-2023). Reversal rates are only 1-7%.

Garcia had notice and a hearing. There was a paperwork error otherwise the administration would have gone to immigration court and had the order stopping the deportation removed because the rival gang no longer exists.

His due process rights were never violated.

This is a paperwork error.

Have any U.S. citizens been sent to other countries to serve their prison sentence? We love the Constitution, just not the one you allege is the Constitution.
Constitution says all people. Not just US citizens.

A President has the power to let 10 million people enter our country illegally. He can even put them on planes and fly them to any city he wants.

But when a President tries to remove people who are here illegally, the courts jump in to stop him. What a joke.

I am going to weigh in again on this. Not replying to anyone specifically, just want to get a feel for where people stand on this.

1. Should we deport illegals, yes or no?
2. If yes, do you think it is even possible to give them all due process? And before you answer this question, consider this.
There are an estimated 15M illegals in the country. If each has a 1 hour due process court proceeding that is 15M hours. Divide 15M by 24 hours and you get 625,000 days, 625,000 days divided by 365 days (1 year) and you get 1,712 years of court time. Even if you had 500 judges doing this 24 hours a day it would take 300+ years.
3. If you answered yes and want to give them due process, can you at least acknowledge that is not feasible?
4. If you answered no, then I guess we know that you are onboard with Biden's plans to import and give citizenship to illegals. I know many of you say asylum, asylum, asylum, but lets be honest and recognize that nothing like what happened under Biden had ever happened before. In my opinion, It was planned and executed.
1. YES
2. NO. They are not citizens!

That ends (should) end the discussion.

MAGA Twitter in a full meltdown because they don’t understand Conlaw, and are pissed the highly conservative Supreme Court didn’t just bend over backwards for Trump. Hilarious.
They are so profoundly stupid. That's how I know we're going to beat them back into their holes.

What, in your opinion, should be done about the open border policy, which was unlawful, under the Biden administration? That policy intentionally overwhelmed our immigration courts.

Biden let in 30,000,000?? - it was actually a net of about 800,000

Before you start typing - here’s the data and some questions. Prove me wrong. (I’ll post the data and sources in the comment section)

So… MAGA… real question—why do you just take everything Trump, JD Vance, and your favorite influencers say at face value like it’s gospel? Do you ever stop and check if any of it is true? No harm in doing that. We won’t tell anybody. I won’t.

You keep shouting that Biden flew in 20 to 30 million undocumented immigrants. But where’s the proof? Where’s the data? Because I looked—and here’s what the actual official numbers say:

Currently. There are about 11.7 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. right now, per DHS and Pew. That’s lower than the peak in 2007.

From 2021 to mid-2024, 10.1 million encounters were recorded at the border. Not 10 million people—encounters. That includes the same person getting caught multiple times.

Of those, about 2.5 million were released into the U.S. with notices to appear.

Roughly 2.8 million were removed or expelled.
-Net increase in the undocumented population under Biden? Just about 800,000.

So if you’ve got any data showing 20–30 million were let in, drop it. I’ll read it. I’m willing to be wrong. But if you can’t back it up, ask yourself—why are you repeating lies from people who don’t even respect you enough to tell you the truth?

You’re not getting played by Biden. You’re getting played by your own team.

Hi Grok

Where does the 20,000,000 to 30,000,000 million entered under Biden come from? Any data anywhere that supports this?

The claim of 20 million to 30 million immigrants entering the U.S. under the Biden administration lacks credible data support from authoritative sources. Official government figures and reputable analyses paint a different picture. Here’s a breakdown:
  • U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Data: From February 2021 to June 2024, CBP recorded approximately 10.8 million encounters nationwide, with 8.72 million at the Southwest border. Encounters are not unique individuals; they include repeat attempts. Of these, about 2.5 million were released into the U.S. pending immigration hearings, while 2.8 million were removed or expelled. Additionally, around 2 million "gotaways" (those evading detection) are estimated since FY2021.

  • Parole Programs: The Biden administration used parole authority to admit over 1 million migrants, including 422,000 via the CBP One app, 340,000 from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV program), 176,000 Ukrainians, and 77,000 Afghans. These are legal entries, not illegal crossings.

  • Net Migration Estimates: The Congressional Budget Office estimated annual net migration (arrivals minus departures) at 2.4 million from 2021 to 2023, totaling about 8 million over Biden’s term. This includes legal and illegal entries across all borders, not just the Southwest.

  • Undocumented Population: Estimates of the undocumented population range from 10.5 million to 16.8 million as of 2021–2024, with most predating Biden’s presidency. The Migration Policy Institute and Pew Research Center report 11–12 million, with only a modest increase under Biden. Claims of 20–30 million are unsupported by demographic studies.
Origin of the 20–30 Million Claim:
  • The figure appears in X posts and political rhetoric but lacks grounding in primary data. For instance, a 2018 Yale study estimated 16–30 million undocumented immigrants (most likely 22 million) already in the U.S., not new arrivals under Biden. Claims on X suggesting 10–20 million entered under Biden inflate CBP encounter data without accounting for removals, repeats, or gotaways.
  • Politicians like Sen. Marco Rubio have cited similar numbers, but fact-checks (e.g., Poynter) rate these as false, noting that adding encounters to existing estimates without adjusting for deportations or duplicates is misleading.
Critical Analysis:
  • Encounter data is often misconstrued as "entries." Many encounters result in expulsions (e.g., 2.9 million under Title 42).

  • Gotaway estimates are rough and not additive to encounters in a simple way, as some may leave or be apprehended later.
  • The 20–30 million figure seems to stem from political narratives exaggerating border activity, not from rigorous data. No CBP, DHS, or independent study supports this range for Biden’s term.
Conclusion: The most reliable data suggests 8–11 million total encounters (not individuals), with 2.5 million released, 1 million paroled, and 2 million gotaways. Net migration is around 8 million, far below 20–30 million. Always cross-check claims against primary sources like CBP or DHS, as political narratives can distort raw numbers. For detailed stats, check https://www.cbp.gov or https://www.dhs.gov.

Libs shown wrong again.

The Supreme Court has jurisdiction over foreigners only when they are in the country lawfully.

The Constitution does not apply to enemy combatants on American soil, illegal immigrants, or to foreigners in their home countries.

Moreover, deportation is not a punishment. Foreigners have no right to appeal their removal to their home countries to American courts. Just a fundamental misunderstanding by the entire legal profession about what citizenship means.
