Seriously, how can anyone support this?

So much glee in shitting on the constitution…just more of a team player than someone who actually cares about America I guess.
Considering scotus ruled that Trump lawfully used the alien enemies act to deport foreign terrorists I would say he is acting constitutionally. What's your point exactly?

still struggling with SCOTUS insisting on due process are we?
How am I struggling? Scotus in a separate ruling on this one person stated that he should not have been deported back to El Salvador only. Deporting him anywhere else would of been fine. This was due to him claiming in his original asylum filing that a rival gang was trying to kill him in El Salvador. You need to get a grip and come back to reality.

I am going to weigh in again on this. Not replying to anyone specifically, just want to get a feel for where people stand on this.

1. Should we deport illegals, yes or no?
2. If yes, do you think it is even possible to give them all due process? And before you answer this question, consider this.
There are an estimated 15M illegals in the country. If each has a 1 hour due process court proceeding that is 15M hours. Divide 15M by 24 hours and you get 625,000 days, 625,000 days divided by 365 days (1 year) and you get 1,712 years of court time. Even if you had 500 judges doing this 24 hours a day it would take 300+ years.
3. If you answered yes and want to give them due process, can you at least acknowledge that is not feasible?
4. If you answered no, then I guess we know that you are onboard with Biden's plans to import and give citizenship to illegals. I know many of you say asylum, asylum, asylum, but lets be honest and recognize that nothing like what happened under Biden had ever happened before. In my opinion, It was planned and executed.
If you use the government to weaponize this outlook, you will hurt innocent people. Are you for that in general or just when it pertains to brown folks?

Millions came en masse and now they have to go. No need to try and attach some deep meaning to it.

You guys thought you had figured out.

LATE FRIDAY — Federal judge denies emergency ACLU request to block deportations.

A federal judge declined to issue an order Friday evening blocking deportations under the Alien Enemies Act, concluding he lacks the authority to issue a nationwide order after the Supreme Court tossed his order earlier this month.

The decision came as a DOJ attorney said Justice Department officials "reserve the right" to resume deportation flights as early as Saturday.

One more time for the low IQ set. Follow the contstitution. That is why the SC stepped in and blocked the deportation by bus of a bunch of “alleged” gang members. Do it by the book. Why do you magats have so much trouble following the law?

I don't know what the right answer is. That is why I am asking the question. Do we want them out or not. If so, how would you recommend we do it. If not, then there is no further conversation to be had with me as I disagree with that stance. As an American, I have a right to have an opinion that illegal aliens sucking up my tax money should not be here. I don't think you would disagree with that opinion. As for the right way to do it....I just wanted to provide perspective of what it would take. If you are of the opinion that they should all get due process, that is fine.

Here is how I think it should be done. Trump should set up a panel of 10 immigration judges. He can then use Biden's app to have them submit whatever documentation that they decide is necessary get due process. Then the judges review and issue deportation orders. Many will not have the app, so there should be a form and mailing address to put forth whatever is needed. Start the process....get it going. Maybe by year 4 of Trumps term we will have a handle on these folks. at that point we can start deporting.

Due process is given to legal people in this country. Also no charges have been given to this man. You are fine with that why?

Also, you are fine with US citizens being sent to other countries to serve their prison sentence?

Why do you hate the constitution so much?
Have any U.S. citizens been sent to other countries to serve their prison sentence? We love the Constitution, just not the one you allege is the Constitution.

You mean like the biden infrastructure act that trump halted by executive order? do you think that trump priotitizes schools with his dummy down and brain drain policies and executive orders? ...
Do you mean the "build the wall act" that Biden stopped and tried to sell off the fencing material before he was stopped by legal action? Do you mean the border crisis that Biden created that in some cases resulted in murder of innocent Americans?

100% love trying to get foreign terrorist sympathizers/recruiters , and actual terrorist gang bangers out of this country. Illegal Aliens too.

If you came here illegally then by definition, you are a criminal who had no concern for "due process" on the way in, so I have no concern for you on the way out. However you get gone is fine with me.

Not yet, but the President has repeatedly said he wants to do this. There have also been multiple US citizens detained despite proving their citizenship.

The Trump regime is absolutely going to attempt to deport American citizens, they’re clearly testing the legal waters for this and are directly challenging the Supreme Court’s authority.

The second an American Citizen is deported and there aren’t extreme consequences for the President, we will officially be in an authoritarian state.

That didn’t happen. I’ve explained it before on the board what the difference was. You don’t have the mental capacity for it, and that’s ok.
Correct, I do not have the mental capacity for your excuse.

Equal justice under the law
