siap: Holy Crap - Riverside Middle School - sex assault ? child porn ?

So much truth there, Tiger Guru.
Because our lawmakers have no wisdom and no honor, they have made an easy divorce a priority, instead of teaching people what real love is, and how to save a marriage. There are few things out there as destructive as a marriage, even far beyond the financial implications.

So you think the government should have more influence? I'm surprised this is an area where you want the government to be more involved

I'd support you 100% and if on a jury for your crimes I would acquit you.

I'd also acquit the person that beat your ass for allowing your 13 year old daughter to be passed out drunk at a high school party because you too would have failed.
Bingo. I can't tell you how many people I've raped or even killed while I was passed out at a party. After all, I was passed out. Let's not forget who the real criminal is here.

And can we really even call this a rape? I mean, if she was passed out, she must have wanted to have sex, right? She certainly didn't say no.

Am I doing it right?

I've worked some in a middle school and I was shocked at what some of these kids know and are doing. I was completely ignorant to the fact of what was going on. I can guarantee this isn't only happening at Riverside.
I'm not surprised by anything any more. About 10 years ago I was dating a woman, and a friend of hers had a daughter who was about 10 or 11 and the girl was busted giving BJ'S for $5 to kids at school

Yea it is truly unbelieveable to me. It was a real culture shock. I think the middle school kids act like how we used to act in high school now. Everything has moved forward so fast that they are growing up way too fast and doing things that they don't even understand.

So much truth there, Tiger Guru.
We are SO infiltrated by pop culture, which is just thinly veiled secular humanism.
I've have SO grown spiritually, understanding who Daddy God is and what He wants for us, and SO much wisdom in His Word.
Mankind's biggest desire is to be loved, and loved unconditionally. But we don't understand that love is NOT a feeling. That is obsession or desire.
Love is action.
This misunderstanding of what love is has caused people to look for it in sex and pornography, which is an addiction that is sweeping this nation and the world.
Because people think love and passion are the same thing, when the passion wanes in a marriage, they look for it elsewhere. They don't understand that when you ACT in love, regardless how you FEEL, the feelings will follow the action.
Because our lawmakers have no wisdom and no honor, they have made an easy divorce a priority, instead of teaching people what real love is, and how to save a marriage. There are few things out there as destructive as a marriage, even far beyond the financial implications.
Very True. I watched my parents go through hell with each other. They were married young and had 3 kids before they were 23. They "separated" and got back together about a year or two later and they struggled. They really did. It was hard on them. But I always admired them b/c they stuck it out. This year they will celebrate 33 years of marriage. They Truly love each other. Even though life was hard on them and they made it hard on themselves. They both cheated early on. But one things for sure, my dad got his crap together, and so did my mom. They forgave each other, b/c they both knew they are human and make mistakes. But my dad told me right before I got married one piece of advice that I will always remember. He said "if divorce is never an option for y'all then it'll never happen." I always admired him and I always thought that was one couple who stuck it out and worked hard to stay married. Now, they truly are having a great time and they deserve it. It just blows my mind that people like them are a dying breed. And That's terrible. But it takes two.. and it takes two parents teaching their kids to not give up. Too many people living in fantasy land when it comes to marriages. They are hard, they are difficult. But so is life. It's just part of it.

Doesn't matter, feminism made her a slut. Not your fault.

All I said was it's crazy to suggest that a parent should be thrown in prison. A kid has his own mind, a parent can raise their child great but ultimately it's the child's own decisions that he has to make for himself. I'd be willing to bet had the parent been there they would probably say no you cannot do that. But to send a parent to prison for what their child did? But Why stop there? What if the parent raised them poorly bc they were raised poorly themselves? Sounds to me like the grandparents should be thrown in prison as well by your logic
Now your just being obtuse. You dont think if we start holding parents more accountable for what their children do that the parents wouldnt start to try a little harder. Or maybe even rethink having kids in the first place. I promise you if these parents were held accountable for the POS kids they never cared enough to take interest in others would get the message. Start holding these absentee fathers accountable as well. You may be right though, these kids have a mind of their own and it is all their fault. So, since they have a mind of their own you would have no objection to them spending 20+ years in "MIND OF YOUR OWN ADULT PRISON".

"Woah dude . Chill out " ???
Chill out ??? Really? These kids not only watched a rape happen and did nothing to stop it, they didn't even report it. And worse, they filmed the dang thing. And then thought it was cool I guess to show it around.
I don't find anything about that scenario to "Chill Out" about as you say. They're old enough to understand that is wrong and suffer the consequences for it. And their parents should bear some it as well.

By not taking the time to teach thier children to do the right thing they basically did. This stupid ****ing mindset is the reason shit like this happens. Children are the responsibility of their parents. Their not future drinking buddies or friends. They ARE CHILDREN. Children do not know how to make good desiscions unless they are shown how too do so. That is the job of the parents. If a parent cant or wont do that then when tbier kid rapes.some one and records it the parent s should be held responsible. If a dog gets out of my fence and bites someone i am responsible for it.
Holeee shit
Spell check is your friend btw

Perhaps I missed this part, but was it legitimate forced rape? Or just young teenagers having sex?

Being serious here... What about a freaking tax break for married couples instead of getting hit with the marriage penalty?

Those times are long gone. The federal government used to invest in traditional marriage because they had tons of data that showed society had less problems when the family unit was strong. Now we let the tail wag the dog, if you will....and the Federal Government plays the role of father in many homes and does a terrible job.

I think it is more of the not able to. Many women have multiple children and when they have a disobedient son who grows bigger than them, sometimes by middle school, they often won't listen. Many children, primarily sons, need a father. The family is breaking down and it is ruining this country. I would bet anything that if we could fix families or reduce single parent homes, we would begin to fix poverty, teen pregnancies, gang participation, drug use, abortions, entitlement, etc.

One is only weak if one chooses to be.

If you want an awesome parenting story, go find the Bo Jackson story about his mom. His words make it chilling but in short as a Junior in High School and 6'2" 245 or whatever freakish size Bo was, he disobeyed his mother and ignored curfew.

When he got home she was sitting in the living room with a pistol. She forced him to bend over the couch and drop his pants while she beat him with a belt, telling him "I'm either going to teach you right or end you. I aint raising no trash."...If more parents were that serious about their job of being a parent they'd find there are no limitations.

When I was growing up, we did stupid crap with drinking but nothing like this. We all looked out for each other and gave a damn about each other. If some fool started doing something like that, I've got confidence that someone in my group would have said "dude, that ain't cool - cut it out" and it wouldn't have happened. Then the whole thing with sharing it on video feeds is mind blowing.

I also agree with the post above that said if you haven't already talked to your kid about porn by 8 then it might be too late. My daughter had a birthday party somewhere around 9-10 years old and this one girl saw an unsecured laptop and knew what page she wanted to go to and started showing the group porn. Several of the girls ran out and told us immediately and it quickly ended. They were only left unsupervised for about 10 minutes the whole night and that's all it took. But I wish I'd blocked that sort of stuff way earlier and we wouldn't have had to spend the evening calling all the other moms of the girls there to tell them what happened. What stuck with me too was that girl that did it showed no remorse. She pretty much dared us to do anything about it, was an ass about it to our faces, and then got on the phone with her mother and baby talked her way completely out of it. Evil kid that we've since distanced ourselves from. Just adding that as an aside to that earlier comment. Kids are going to be kids and find smut if they want to find it - I don't know in today's world if there's a way to stop it - just be sure it doesn't happen using your resources.

I think the government should give out an handbook on how to parent and if you don't follow it and you kids commits a crime then the parents go to jail. If you follow handbook though you don't go to jail.

This could be Part II of the handbook on real love and divorce that the government gets us to follow. Obviously if you follow the handbook then no jail, but if you deviate then jail.

The barriers to entry are non-existent, right? I need a professional license to practice geology or engineering, I need a license to operate a motor vehicle, but any two nimrods can & often do, get together and have a kid? No screening, no regulation, no required coaching on how to be a good parent, no nothing. Frankly, I'm surprised it took this long for things in society to get this out of control.

Yeah, that would be great but nowadays that kid just has to go to the police and then the mother gets arrested. Then, they head to foster homes. That is the society we live in. That is also a rare occurrence.

First of all, the situation sounds horrible and disgusting, that should never happen let alone with middle schoolers.

Second, some of you motherf%^kers are batshit crazy. Just plain scary. I'm not even sure I can tell who's being serious with some of these comments either.

Just gotta get some clarification on this.... In your world, does the mom go to jail if she 'ends him' b/c he ignores curfew?

So says the guy who has said the primary purpose of marriage is just sex.

Personally, if my kid is ever around something like that I hope he beats the ever-loving f*ck out of everyone involved (except the victim of course). As in legitimately injures them. I'm talking 3-week hospital stay beatings.

Crap. That's some messed up stuff.

Screw the gov being involved in raising kids. They cant even take care of a man whose leg got blown off in their employ.

How old are you?

30. I can't remember many people drinking in middle school, and I certainly don't remember many people having sex. The people I can think of who drank in middle school were definitely the "bad kids." Which is why it doesn't surprise me at all that middle schoolers who were drinking would be the kinds of kids to do something like that.

It was very obvious that the "tranny" comment was a joke. Unfortunately, based on who posted it, I'm pretty sure the comment about the Jews wasn't a joke. That guy may actually one of these alt-right white supremacists we've all heard so much about, but never actually met.

OK, Where'd you grow up? Middle school? High school?

I've noticed that the distinction between good kids and bad kids varies greatly depending on the town/school.

"Bad kids" is probably generalizing way too much about a kid, but, also generally speaking, even good kids do some bad stuff when they've been drinking. That's especially true for younger kids. And the younger you are, the more transgressive drinking is, so kids who are trying to be "bad" are more likely to be the ones drinking. It's just a recipe for this kind of crap to happen.

I went to middle school and high school in a large school district outside of DC. Most of the kids who were trying to be bad in middle school would smoke. I didn't hear much about drinking until high school.
