So where does the new money go?

Assuming we do get a lift of $10+ million a year, what do we do with the money? Obviously we can't use it for NIL deals since that has to come from other sources.

@Larry_Williams has there ever been discussion on what areas we have had to cut back or need to spend on that we haven't been able to?
