A judge cleared him of that. It all came from an informant who said he was a NY gang member. But he doesn’t live there. The judge cleared him and he’s had a regular meeting and sign off by ICE every single year at the court appointed time since. And has never been charged with a crime or even been investigated for one that I’m aware of.
I get that you want to protect the administration at all costs, but I feel like you seem to be a good person, and I just struggle to understand this one.
I’m all aboard deporting people here illegally (he wasn’t, claimed asylum and it was granted), and deporting criminals (he hasn’t been convicted of anything). But people here legally, married to a citizen, with 3 kids who haven’t committed crimes? Who was admittedly deported due to an administrative error, but now they just double down because Trump refuses to admit he’s wrong is just too much. Never being able to admit your wrong is probably my least favorite thing about Trump, and I hate that he’s enabled more people to follow that trend. Wish his followers would just support the good things without feeling like they had to explain away the bad.
