I listed a bunch of things where he says one thing and does another and you hand waved away all of them. That is how we end up with a totalitarian state.

It might be his constitutional right to never be responsible for his actions. Maybe we should hold the President of the United States to a higher standard, like we always have. Like Reagan or Bush did.

I support Trump. Have voted for him. Will vote for him again vs. the Socialist or the Robot that the Dems put up as a nominee. He has responsibility, but he is the man in the arena right now... and we will have lessons learned. Do I think Trump is Mother Theresa? Of course not. I personally do not care how many wives he's had, or if he has had or currently has a piece of strange as long as it's not a child, forced, or with the help at work. Not why I voted for him. I voted for him for other reasons, one of which was that he was not corruptible by the political estate.

Is he corrupt? Maybe. Show me politicians that aren't as of late (Jimmy Carter is for sure an exception. Reagan. I think the Bush's were stand-up, but they were a political dynasty that makes me skeptical). However for the main things that I voted for him for, he has, or is attempting to come through with. In an environment that is more partisan than ever before seen.

Hell, now my bar is lowered due to Democrat obstruction. I'm going to vote for him solely because I want him to appoint federal judges for 4 more years, and continue to squeeze our "Allies" to foot more of their fair share of the bill for their own defense and to continue to promote "America First" in the face of China.

I'm also not sure that we could have productive conversation. I'm not dumb. I understand the gotcha points you are trying to make. The issue is that I don't really care about most of them. Not an issue for me. The one that I called you on was easy. You were dumb and over-reached in you attempt to score points. Citizens are do not have to testify to prove their innocence. Period.

However I did try and do a little research while I still had some energy. I looked up Title 50 U.S.C. Chapter 49. Could you tell me what Trump was charged with violating?

Dude I am totally on board. I would welcome you to a conversation, maybe skype or just speakerphone, I love the idea. I am super willing to admit that my perspective is limited. I have a very pro-gun coworker that has completely flipped me on that issue over the years.
