As far as my friend, he made some bad choices is all I can tell you. We lost touch when he got married and moved to NY for a while, so I don't know every detail, but shit happens and life doesn't always turn out how you plan. He feels horribly guilty about not making better decisions, so I don't want to rub it in because the loan debt is killing him. I just think there should be a way for people like him to get relief, without a cost to anyone.

Honestly I do not expect much from the GOP if the repubs take control of congress. First of all Biden can veto any legislation that gets passed as it will more than likely not be veto proof. Second of all McCarthy and McConnell are part of the establishment and will perform smoke and mirrors crap that doesnt do anything of substance. They could pass some stuff and make Biden veto it to set groundwork for the 24 election. They will mainly do some feel good investigations that will in reality not do anything to hold people accountable for whats went on. Sure they could impeach Biden but he will not get convicted in the senate as dems stick together no matter what. This as bad as it sounds is still better than having dems control all of congress and the WH.
