Bring on the recess appointments.

Pam Bondi is now having her vote in the Senate delayed by seven days because of democrats.

Pete hasn’t had a vote scheduled because of Democrats.

They are slow walking the confirmation hearings for Tulsi, Gabbard, and Kash Patel.

I’m getting déjà vu. Republicans are allowing the second term to start heading in the same direction as President Trump’s first term went. There were certain people who were not confirmed for three years.

People need to get really serious here because what’s going to happen without maximum public pressure is that Republicans will fold like a cheap house of cards.

The games and the nonsense are already starting.

Melt down their phone lines. I certainly plan on doing that.

We really need some unity in our government. Unity of Republicans.

Armed marines with no restrictions headed to the border also.

Why it pays to know Laws and Orders especially those invoked.

President Trump issued the Executive Order on January 20, 2025, about CLARIFYING THE MILITARY’S ROLE IN PROTECTING THE TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY OF THE UNITED STATES…

And there’s the United States Coast Guard putting out a Press Release titled:

Coast Guard announces immediate action in support of Presidential Executive Orders.

The ONLY Executive Order with an ORDER calling for the Coast Guard and the Federalization of the Reserve Components to Active-Duty for a Call-to-Action is Executive Order 13912 from March 27, 2020:

Section 1 . Emergency Authority. To provide additional authority to the Secretaries of Defense and Homeland Security to respond to the national emergency declared by Proclamation 9994, the authorities under section 12302 of title 10, United States Code, and sections 2127, 2308, 2314, and 3735 of title 14, United States Code, are invoked and made available, according to their terms, to the Secretaries of Defense and Homeland Security. The Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, at the direction of the Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to the Coast Guard when it is not operating as a service in the Navy, are authorized to order to active duty not to exceed 24 consecutive months, such units, and individual members of the Ready Reserve under the jurisdiction of the Secretary concerned, not to exceed 1,000,000 members on active duty at any one time, as the Secretary of Defense and, with respect to the Coast Guard when it is not operating as a service in the Navy, the Secretary of Homeland Security consider necessary. The Secretary of Defense or the Secretary of Homeland Security, as applicable, will ensure appropriate consultation is undertaken with relevant state officials with respect to the utilization of National Guard Reserve Component units activated under this authority.

Executive Order 13912:
federalregister.gov/documents/2020…

FOUR Title 14 Codes invoked for the United States Coast Guard.

This is why Community Notes and FactCheckers are terrible for anyone, but especially Americans.

I posted another post regarding the Executive Order 13912 on X in a couple weeks back… and it put a Community Note on there that Executive Orders 13912 and 13919 ‘expired’ because Proclamation 9994 had been terminated.

Proclamation 9994 was issued on March 13, 2020.

Executive Orders do NOT expire.

Wrong terminology.

They were written separately for a reason.

The only thing that would have terminated those Executive Orders is if a National Emergency was inside those particular EOs and it was not addressed in two years OR it had a joint resolution or termination by the President.

They did NOT have National Emergencies inside those, so, until a new President writes a new Executive Order revoking those, they are ACTIVE and the Law.

Coasties have BEEN doing everything the media is now reporting because they’re ready for normies to know.

But normies could’ve known if their priorities were straight. 🫡🐂🇺🇸

Update from Catherine Herridge:

Camp Justice: Day 3
Guantanamo Bay, Cuba 📍
January 22, 2025

She dropped another 17 👀

“In preparation for a future trial, the Office of Military Commissions (OMC) purchased 156 Individual Housing Units (IHUs) for approximately 12 million dollars.

Each 361 square foot unit which includes a full kitchen costs $76,923.

Only a handful of units are in use, the project remains unfinished.

Your tax dollars at work.”

Here is my takeaway:

There are 15 detainees there, they say.

And for future trials of those supposed 15 prisoners, the OMC spent $12M on 156 Individual Housing Units??!!

Again, ever since Trump’s first term, they have been expanding GITMO with high tech courtrooms, a state of the art medical facility, inmate housing, visitor housing, and many National Guard Deployments to assist with operations.

The above information about the expansion and NG troops being deployed is very public, and Catherine is further proving that.

None of it makes sense, unless it has been transformed from a run down torture facility for 9/11 suspects to a state of the art detention facility to hold a very large number of inmates who are awaiting tribunals and those who have already been convicted of war crimes.

SHE ALSO DROPS THE 17 YEARS AGAIN, WHICH WE KNOW IS A LIE‼️

It only takes common sense to connect the dots here frens. 🐸

I think you're under the impression that most Americans approve of this, just because hard-core magats do. Mfer is pushing his luck by making white supremacist groups great again.
You realize Trump said he was going to do all this if elected? He won!!! Elections have consequences as your hero backdoor Barry loves to mention.

No one thought he meant the violent ones or the ones that were convicted of seditious conspiracy and I doubt the members of Congress who were threatened by these people expected they'd be free to roam the halls where the attack took place.

The ones that actually committed actionable crimes have already been in jail for near 4 years and they received commutation of their sentence and not a full pardon. Get over your faux outrage for the faux j6.

We hear you loud and clear

Crimes are illegal unless you commit them for Trump and if you do, you will be treated like a heroic patriot.

Day 3 of the Trump Administration is on the books. On his third day, President Trump:

-Completed the shutdown of all DEI offices in the government and placed all existing DEI employees on indefinite leave.

-Announced a new deployment of 1,500 active-duty troops to assist in securing the US-Mexico border.

-Received a commitment from the crown prince of Saudi Arabia to increase trade and investment with the U.S. by $600 billion.

-Ordered the Border Patrol to begin immediately deporting anybody caught crossing into America illegally, without a hearing, ending the insane Biden policy of catching illegal crossers only to then let them claim asylum and be released into America with a court date months or years in the future.

-Ordered a freeze on DOJ consent decrees with local police departments, which Biden and Obama used to shackle local police and prevent them from stopping crime.

-Pardoned two D.C. police officers wrongfully convicted in a political show trial after a gang member they were pursuing fled into traffic and was hit by a car.

-Had the Defense Department commit to using military aircraft to assist CBP in deportation operation.

For half a century, America has had Republican administrations filled with people terrified to fulfill their electoral mandates. That pattern has ended.

1458 days to go.

Marc Caputo of Axios reported today that Trump’s decision to pardon or commute the sentences of all the January 6 rioters convicted of crimes for that day’s events, including those who attacked police officers, was a spur of the moment decision by Trump apparently designed to get the issue behind him quickly. “Trump just said: ‘F*ck it: Release ‘em all,’” an advisor recalled.

Rather than putting the issue behind him, Trump’s new administration is already mired in controversy over it. NBC News profiled the men who threw Nazi salutes, posted that they intended to start a civil war, vowed “there will be blood,” and called for the lynching of Democratic lawmakers. These men, who attacked police with bear spray, flag poles, and a metal whip and choked officers with their bare hands, are now back on the streets.

That means they are also headed home to their communities. Jackson Reffitt, who reported his father Guy’s participation in the January 6 riot and was a key witness against him, told reporters he fears for his life now that his father is free. Jackson recorded his father’s threat against talking to the authorities. “If you turn me in, you’re a traitor,” his father said, “and traitors get shot.” “I’m honestly flabbergasted that we've gotten to this point," Jackson told CNN. “I’m terrified. I don’t know what I’m going to do.”

The country’s largest police union, the Fraternal Order of Police, has spoken out against the pardons, as has the International Association of Chiefs of Police. The Wall Street Journal editorial board wrote: “Law and order? Back the blue? What happened to that [Republican Party]?” “What happened [on January 6, 2021] is a stain on Mr. Trump’s legacy,” it wrote. “By setting free the cop beaters, the President adds another.”

Mark Jacob of Stop the Presses commented: “Republicans—the Jailbreak Party.”

One of the pardoned individuals is already back in prison on a gun charge, illustrating, as legal analyst Joyce White Vance said, why Trump should have evaluated “prior criminal history, behavior in prison, [and] risk of dangerousness to the community following release. Now,” she said, “we all pay the price for him using the pardon power as a political reward.” On social media, Heather Thomas wrote: “So when all was said and done, the only country that opened [its] prisons and sent crazy murderous criminals to prey upon innocent American citizens, was us.”
