Today, it was my great honor to sign an Executive Order banning the chemical castration and medical mutilation of innocent children in the United States of America. Our Nation will no longer fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support so-called “gender affirming care,” which has already ruined far too many precious lives. My Order directs Agencies to use every available means to cut off Federal financial participation in institutions which seek to provide these barbaric medical procedures, that should have never been allowed to take place!

A federal judge has temporarily blocked President Trump’s executive order to freeze federal grants and loans and also a Transgender advocacy group is suing Trump administration over executive order ending transgenderism in the military.
The Democrats are going to fight President Trump’s GREAT executive orders with lawfare.
But this is why the Republican controlled House and Senate need to pass legislation to make President Trump’s policies law.
We can’t expect President Trump to do everything with executive orders, we have to do our part!

Politico today reporting fear is gripping the DOJ as Trump's new appointees waste no time purging the agency of rotten apples, firing at least a dozen who worked on the two criminal cases against him.
Others don't appreciate being told to go to the office 5 days a week while some big shots don't appreciate being moved from politically-charged positions to a new office to combat sanctuary cities.
Every day is like Christmas morning in the Golden Age.
Politico: "Career lawyers and staff at the Department of Justice say the rush of changes in the first week of the Trump administration make them feel like they’re under siege.
'It feels like a non-violent war. It’s just wild. Everybody’s a sitting duck and these people have no power or control over the situation,' said one DOJ career employee. 'People are just in a state of shock and devastated. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen … Nothing that happened during the first Trump administration came anywhere close to this.'
The firings Monday, which don’t appear to have included any offers of reassignment, upped the tension further.
'It’s got to be among the most demoralizing moments in the history of the Department of Justice,' said one former DOJ career official. 'It is a flat-out purge of individuals who this administration must view either of suspect loyalty or have worked on matters they just did not like. … We are in the early phases of what to me is just looking like a wholesale politically inspired demolition of the Department of Justice in key places.'

Back to Politico: "Fear has also set in among prosecutors who handled cases against more than 1,500 people charged in connection with the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. They already saw their work undermined and abandoned by the pardons Trump gave to nearly everyone convicted.
However, their sheer numbers could be an obstacle to significant retribution. Hundreds of Justice Department attorneys from across the country, including many who rarely get involved in criminal matters, picked up Jan. 6 cases in what DOJ says was the largest prosecutorial and investigative effort ever undertaken by the department.
'Obviously, they can’t fire everybody,' the former DOJ career official said."

Politico: "At the FBI, a directive from the Justice Department’s acting No. 2 official, Emil Bove, to redirect the nation’s roughly 200 Joint Terrorism Task Forces toward immigration enforcement is rankling some agents who fear being called out the next time a terror plot in the making is missed.
Another former FBI official with extensive experience managing the task forces, which typically include federal, state and local law enforcement, said the DOJ move opens the FBI to being second-guessed the next time a major act of terrorism takes place, such as the truck attack that killed 14 people on New Orleans’ famous Bourbon Street on New Year’s Day."
Me: The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force has done little else over the past four years than investigate more than 1,000 J6ers. This often resulted in armed raids that traumatized families and neighborhoods. I am sorry your task force has to go back to doing the real work of protecting America.

Made me chuckle that catching up on this thread includes both bragging about winning lawsuits, and uses the term lawfare when talking about the other side using lawsuits.
This is why we told you Trump would be a dictator hellbent on retribution and why Hegseth was unfit for Secretary of Defense. Because we knew he would do Trump's corrupt bidding without question. This is pretty sickening.

Not sure what exactly the boundaries are between criminal and administrative action but recall is administrative and i'm assuming that any action would have to be categorized as "administrative" for it to stick because the pardon which should cover stuff that is technically "criminal". Enlisted can and are often reduced administratively... every single day. Recalling an officer under Title 10 USC section 688 for purpose of disciplinary action (reprimand and/or reduction) happens less frequently but it happens.
If he was still on active services spouting off about how trump was a fascist or whatever, he should be have been burnt under Article 88 of the UCMJ. Period. Nothing special other than he is/was a 4star General Officer. Happens all the time to enlisted for contempt towards officers. Easy day.
If Milley called up china and basically saying or implying that Trump is crazy or whatever, that's the same thing but worse.
Then of course there is Article 133 - conduct unbecoming of an officer, which could apply
And then a good old standby, Article 134 - the "General Article" that covers anything prejudicial to good order and discipline. So if nothing else quite fits, this one always will.
There is one more that also could possibly fit, not for being contemptuous but for essentially offering to provide intelligence to china.
Article 104 covers Aiding the Enemy Which includes providing intelligence or other information to the enemy or, comforting or communicating with the enemy in a way that could be of aid. Normally this is thought of in the context of armed hostilities but it can apply to "cold war" type situations

I suspect they didn’t intend to, but the vagueness of their memo absolutely did affect them.
I'm just saying there was no question who the good guy was in this equation and lest we forget, your special needs traitor had just tried to overthrow our own government two days before and everyone, including Republicans, thought we had an unstable maniac on our hands (we did).
At the same time, intelligence agencies picked up information that the Chinese believed we were about to launch an attack. And due to Trump's erratic behavior, Milley attempted to de-escalate the situation with full knowledge of other officials in Trump's administration. He did it because he thought it was the right thing to do and anyone in his position could understand why he would do that, at that time, because it was in our best interests to keep China from launching a pre-emptive attack.
In the years since, he spoke truthfully about the danger that Trump presented because he loves this country and wanted to sound the alarm. He was right.
The scary thing for America is that the population didn't care about all the warnings from him and many others and were willing to overlook all his criminality in hopes that the cost of eggs would go down
And now that the inmate criminals have re-taken the asylum, the world is upside down and everything right is wrong again. Anyone with a moral compass knows this is a disturbing act of retribution against a decent man and a hell of a patriot.
If Trump wanted to prove he isn't a dictator, this kind of petty revenge doesn't help. If Pete Hegseth was a real patriot with a moral compass, he would resist this disgusting attempt to harass and besmirch this man. And that's why we don't trust the magas because they are hooting and howling about this like it's a good thing after cheering the release of 1500 criminals just last week.
In short, the inmates are attacking the warden and half of America thinks this makes us great. It's disgusting.
