Trump Witch Hunt

White House visitor logs just released suggests Joe Biden is personally running the prosecution of Donald Trump. Jay Bratt who is now the top aid to Jack Smith, was a justice department official, and was summoned to the White House twice in the fall of 2021, to meet Biden’s deputy, chief of staff, Carolyn, Saba, and an advisor to the chief of staff Katherine Reilly. This was while Trump was negotiating with the National Archives. Bratt wanted a raid and lobbied the Biden White House to raid Mar-a-Lago. Brat even visited Mar-a-Lago and told Trump everything was fine. Just put a lock on the basement door. But everything wasn’t fine. Biden and his White House counsel signed off on revoking Trump’s privilege and weeks later armed FBI agents got a warrant from a Trump hating Judge who happened to an Obama donor and went in hard and the Biden Justice department indicted Trump. The Biden, White House summoned J Bratt back to the White House to meet with again with Bidens deputy chief of staff. That was in March and weeks later Trump was indicted over the Mar-a-Lago documents. Why is the Biden White House conspiring with the justice department and the special counsel‘s office to prosecute Trump? Don’t forget, Biden personally said he had nothing to do with the prosecution. It was totally independent. It is time for crooked Joe to go, and that big eared Kenyan prick, Obama is going with him

This doesn't prove a damn thing, you know that right? But what if he did get involved, so what? We know damn well Trump would have his dirty hands all over a political opponent's prosecution. In fact, he did and was even impeached for it.

I don’t recall making too many posts about Joe. This is a lot bigger than him. Any one with a lick of sense knows he’s not running this country.

Georgia lawmakers to tackle prosecutorial conduct in upcoming session

State Sen. Colton Moore, R-Trenton, sent a letter to Georgia Gov Brian Kemp, a Republican, calling for a special session to review Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

(The Center Square) — State lawmakers are unlikely to convene for a special session this year to weigh whether to act on the district attorney prosecuting former President Donald Trump, but legislators are all but guaranteed to address the topic in January.
State Sen. Colton Moore, R-Trenton, sent a letter to Georgia Gov Brian Kemp, a Republican, calling for a special session to review Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. At the behest of Willis, a Fulton County grand jury indicted Trump and 18 others on charges they attempted to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.
However, the call for a special session has sparked backlash from some Republicans, who note they do not have a three-fifths majority in the state House and the state Senate — a requirement to call a special session. However, in an interview with The Center Square, state Sen. Greg Dolezal, R-Cumming, outlined three approaches state lawmakers can take.
"We can hold hearings through the Government Oversight Committee on the Senate side, confer subpoena power to that committee once we get back into session to try to get to the bottom of any communication that's happening between the federal Department of Justice and the Fulton County DA's office as has been alleged by some people," Dolezal said.
"Secondly, there's been a lot of talk about the Prosecuting Attorneys Oversight Commission," Dolezal added. "That commission has a broad range of powers — up to and including removal from office. That commission has been established and will begin taking complaints in October, and [some lawmakers] will be filing complaints."
Additionally, some lawmakers may file amicus briefs supporting expected motions to dismiss Trump's indictment.
During this year's session, state lawmakers approved Senate Bill 92 to create the Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission to create an oversight body with the power to investigate district attorneys and solicitors-general and potentially discipline, remove, or force them to retire. Last month, four prosecutors filed a lawsuit in Fulton County Superior Court challenging the measure's constitutionality.
The governor's office declined to comment beyond what Kemp said during a news conference last week when he said lawmakers can hold hearings now without a special session.
"My concerns with the Fulton County District Attorney's handling of this case in the special purpose grand jury have been well documented," Kemp said during a Thursday press conference. "We are now seeing what happens when prosecutors move forward with highly charged indictments and trials in the middle of an election. Simply put, it sows distrust and provides easy pickings for those who see the district attorney's action as guided by politics.
"...Up to this point, I have not seen any evidence that DA Willis' actions — or lack thereof — warrant action by the Prosecuting Attorney Oversight Commission," Kemp added. "But that will ultimately be a decision that the commission will make."
Moore plans to hold a Thursday news conference.

Is Fani Willis a communist?

September 6, 2023 (a day ago)

The growing cast of misfits tasked with “taking down” President Trump are quite the motley crew, and one of the most notable political thugs among them is Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis. She hails from a family with a questionable track record to say the least. In fact, her immediate family’s deeply ingrained anti-American sentiment raises a serious question: is Fani Willis a communist? The connections this red diaper baby has to the radical Communist Party are both astonishing and deeply troubling.
Here’s what Collin Rugg, the co-founder of Trending Politics had to say about Fani:
REPORT: Fulton County DA Fani Willis’ father, John C. Floyd III, was a high ranking member of the Black Panthers and dated famous communist revolutionary Angela Davis.
Well that explains a lot…
Just how much of an influence is Floyd on his daughter? According to Fani Willis, she speaks with her father upwards of 10 times a day and his values still guide her.
According to the LA Times (1967), Floyd helped found the Black Panther Party after he became “sick of the Democratic Party.”
In the late 1960s Floyd dated Angela Davis, a communist, who was the third woman ever to be on the FBI most wanted list.

New York Post:
The father of the Georgia district attorney prosecuting Donald Trump was a prominent Black Panther who called police the “enemy,” new recordings have revealed.
John C. Floyd III, whose daughter Fani Willis is the Fulton County, Ga., district attorney, told academic researchers that he considered police in his native Los Angeles in the 1960s to be an “occupying army” that was “nothing but trouble.”
Floyd, now 80, also called a prominent white politician of the era a “Texas cracker.” And he suggested that he believed conspiracy theories that Malcolm X was assassinated by the CIA.
Floyd is extremely close to his daughter Willis, who has brought a sprawling anti-racketeering case against the former president and 18 others — including his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani and his White House chief of staff Mark Meadows — alleging that they plotted to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.
[…]
Willis told The Post she speaks to her father as much as 10 times a day, and that his values continued to guide her. She did not directly address his past as a Black Panther.
[…]
Floyd told the Bradley Center interviewer that he dated the civil rights activist Angela Davis in the late 1960s.
She was a member of the Communist Party USA and in 1970 became the third woman ever to be placed on the FBI’s Most Wanted list.

Davis was accused of involvement in kidnappings and murders related to the armed seizure of a courthouse in Marin County, California.
To add insult to injury, rumors are circulating that Fani Willis has a penchant for dating criminals rather than prosecuting them. Prior to his fourth indictment, Trump had this to say about Fani.
Daily Mail:
Donald Trump claimed the Fulton County district attorney who is expected to slap him with a fourth indictment soon is having an affair with a gang member in a wild tirade in New Hampshire on Tuesday.
‘They say there’s a young woman, a young racist, in Atlanta, and they say, I guess, they say she was after a certain gang, she ended up having an affair with the head of the gang or a gang member,’ Trump claimed, referring to Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
‘This is a person who wants to indict me. She’s got a lot of problems but she wants to indict me to try and run for some other office,’ the former president went on at a campaign event in New Hampshire, ‘wants to indict me for a perfect phone call. This is even better than my perfect phone call with Ukraine,’ he added, referring to his call with Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger.
It wouldn’t be surprising if this is accurate, particularly when you consider her family’s disgraceful, anti-American history.
It’s all starting to make sense, isn’t it? One of the cornerstones of the communist movement is the belief that prison represents “fascism.” Communists argue that everyone — from rapists and murderers to child abusers — can be rehabilitated. The only exceptions, in their view, are political dissidents who deserve imprisonment. When you consider this philosophy, the tactics of those misfits who are targeting Trump begin to make perfectly twisted sense.

This is a fact. No way in hell Trump or the J6 people could or will get a fair trial in DC.

Trump cannot get a fair trial in DC — this just proved it’s a massive setup…

September 6, 2023 (a day ago)

Anyone who believes President Trump can get a fair trial in the heart of the Swamp is sorely mistaken. It’s common knowledge that the odds are stacked against him, and that imbalance is the very foundation of the attack and how the regime weaponizes the judicial system against political adversaries like President Trump. But for those of us who already realized the situation looked dire for President Trump in the DC Swamp, a new Emerson poll has pulled back the curtain to reveal just how prejudiced the D.C. sewer rats truly are. In truth, the poll is so incredibly lopsided, President Trump should use it push for a change in venue.

Robert is right. There’s no way in hell Trump gets a fair shake. None. But it gets worse. We have even more disturbing details on this chilling poll.
Emerson College Polling:
A new Emerson College Polling survey in the nation’s capital asked D.C. residents if they would vote to find former President Donald Trump guilty in the trial over Trump’s efforts to subvert results of the 2020 election. A majority, 64%, of residents would vote to find Trump guilty, while 8% would find him innocent with 28% unsure.
Spencer Kimball, Executive Director of Emerson College Polling, said, “Perception of Trump’s guilt varies by gender: 75% of women would vote to find Trump guilty compared to 54% of men. Men are more likely to find the former president innocent at 12%, compared to 4% of women.”
Democratic voters find Trump guilty 69% to 5%. Independents share a similar attitude: 53% think Trump is guilty and 14% innocent.
Republicans are more split: 36% think Trump is guilty, 35% innocent and 30% unsure.
Regardless of their own opinion about the verdict, 57% expect the jury to find him guilty, while 10% expect the jury to find Trump innocent. A third (33%) are unsure.
“Republicans and Democrats are most likely to think Trump will be found guilty at 61% and 60% respectively, while independents are at 48%,” Kimball noted.
D.C. residents are split on whether or not they would want to serve on the jury of Donald Trump: 55% would want to serve on the jury, while 45% would rather not serve on the jury.
What’s especially disheartening is that the poll indicates those who are more “fair-minded” regarding this trial are the most reluctant to serve on the jury. That’s exactly how the regime wants it—keep the reasonable, law-abiding citizens off the jury and stack it with activist jurors who are driven by political motives, not a pursuit of justice. This has to change. Upstanding citizens need to step forward and fulfill their civic responsibilities, or we risk the collapse of our entire judicial system.

How does the poll have anything to do with the presumption of innocence? It's not the question that was asked.

Its self explanatory. I cant help you if you cannot see it. Running this poll in other areas would bring different results without a doubt. The trial needs to be moved from DC. Everyone in DC is afraid Trump will put them out of a job if he wins again.

If you asked the question, "Does Donald Trump have the same constitutional rights as any other criminal defendant?", the overwhelming majority of people would say yes. At the bare minimum, it sure as hell wouldn't be the 8% number, even in the swamp. The conclusion, "ITS A MASSIVE SETUP," doesn't follow at all. It's just what you want to hear and what you want to believe.

He and his lawyers have the right to say, "X jurors are biased, we want new ones," up to a certain point like everyone else. The, "Everyone is incapable of giving me a fair trial," defense will run its course, though.

If you cant see this is all politically motivated horseshit from J6 prosecutions on over to Trump indictments then you are blind and not as smart in reality as you obviously think you are Mr high IQ.

Even if I was a democrat I would have to call horse crap on this.

The jury will absolutely be stacked unfairly in DC, NY, and Fulton. Thats a fact that you can bet on. The communists will have sleepers registered as republicans just to put them on these juries.

J6 people got trials and lost. In GA Trump got indicted by a grand jury. No, I don't think it's politically motivated to go after people when there's enough evidence of wrongdoing as determined by jury, judge, or whoever's responsible.

Did you have the same hate and distrust of the FBI when James Comey reopened the case into Hillary's emails less than a week before the election? I sincerely doubt it. Would you have the same view towards "J6 patriots" if it had been Biden supporters crashing into the Capitol? Again, I sincerely doubt it.

These are my opinions. You have yours and we won't ever agree on this stuff, but that's that I guess. For the record, I don't think you're as mean-spirited as some of the other poster's on here that share your opinions. Hopefully at some point the country will be in a better place and we can both be happy.
