Obama appointee Matthew Colangelo is a political operative sent from the number 3 office in the Biden Justice Department to resurrect this zombie case against President Trump in New York.
He oversaw the first indictment ever against a former president with President Trump months ago.

Judge Engoron has refused to obey the decision of the Appellate Division relative to the Statute of Limitations. This is a confrontation between a Judge and those that rule above him - A very bad situation in which to place New York State and the Rule of Law! Engoron has disrespected the Appellate Division and its very clear and precise ruling. He should be made to do so, and at the same time, release the GAG ORDER. This is the 5th time in this case that he has been overturned, a record. His credibility, and that of Letitia James, has been shattered. In 2019/2020, Adam Schiff paid Loren Merchan's firm $4 million--almost 40% of Schiff's total disbursements that cycle. At the same time, Schiff was in cahoots with Michael Cohen to take down Donald Trump.
Now Loren's daddy-judge not only is allowing Cohen to testify in "hush money" trial next month (Trump opposes), Judge Juan Merchan issued a gag order last week banning Trump from making critical public statements about Cohen.

This entire case has been about trying to embarrass and publicly shame Trump while at the same time trying to bankrupt him. She needs to put that chain on Trump Tower or this entire sham case is useless to her.

Just when you thought Jack Smith's J6 case against Donald Trump couldn't get any more laughable--it just did.
In one week, SCOTUS will hear arguments on DOJ's (ab)use of 1512c2, post Enron document shredding "obstruction of an official proceeding" statute passed in 2002.
My longtime followers know I've covered this issue for 3+ years. More than 330 J6ers and Trump have been charged with this felony obstruction count--now SCOTUS has a chance to right an horrific wrong that has destroyed (and ended) lives as this ruthless DOJ intentionally misinterprets the law to criminalize political dissent.

Now her opinion faces long-awaited SCOTUS scrutiny.
If SCOTUS reverses how DOJ has applied 1512c2--and most observers even on the left expect the court will--the decision would gut Smith's J6 indictment. 2 of 4 counts involve 1512c2.
BUT--Jack (9-0 SCOTUS) Smith now claims even if SCOTUS overturns DOJ application of 1512c2, those related counts in his Trump indictment will stand.
Why?
Because the alternative electoral certificates represent "documents" that were fraudulently used in an "official proceeding."
Pieces of paper signed and sent by other Americans to protest of a rigged election are now equal to accounting records destroyed in service of covering up a crime.

Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, a Democrat operative who bashed Trump on Facebook, was forced to recuse from that case.

Trump posted a letter from 2018 of Stormy Daniels saying she did not have an affair with him. Trump claimed that the letter was “JUST FOUND”. Trump also claimed that the media won’t report on it:

FACT: Stormy Daniels, well over a year ago explained that she felt that she had to lie about the affair because of an NDA and she was made to think she had no choice.
FACT: Michael Cohen was literally CONVICTED for paying her off with Trump’s money to keep the affair secret.
FACT: Stormy Daniels Testified UNDER OATH that she had an affair with Trump, well after the letter was written.
FACTS MATTER. Trump’s LIES don’t.
Happening Now: Today is a historic day in America, as the first former President ever stand trial in a criminal case. Donald Trump is facing up to 10 years in prison and the charges are as ridiculous as anything we’ve ever seen.
So what did Donald Trump allegedly do? Well, he apparently falsified business records when he allegedly paid Stormy Daniel’s hush money payments and classified them as “legal expenses.” Normally this is just a misdemeanor, but that wasn’t good enough for Bragg.
Alvin Bragg is claiming that Trump falsified the records to cover up another crime, which makes it a felony. What is this awful crime he covered up? Apparently it’s campaign finance violations. Keep in mind that every Presidential candidate in recent history has been fined for campaign finance violations, including Hillary, Obama, and even Biden.
This is clearly another case of election interference by the democrat party. I wish we had a real DOJ that would investigate this obvious collusion between Bragg and his fellow democrats to stop Trump from campaigning.
Is this what democrats refer to as “protecting democracy?”
