Whatever you do, don’t look behind the vaccine door. We have already determined there is nothing in there. Remember, we are just asking to take a peak in the closet. As it is, the closet was closed many years ago. And I personally was one of the people blocking the door and holding it tight. But sense we haven’t made any progress looking behind the other doors, maybe we should double back and look behind the vaccine door.

This is alarming indeed.

If you don't think its a problem that pharma companies cannot be held liable for vaccine injuries, side effects, etc. then I am not sure you can be saved.

Isn't it alarming that a doctor's office will refuse to see you even if you suggest you'd want to alter the vaccine schedule? I'm not even talking about REFUSING them...just altering the schedule. "Doctor, we'd like to delay the MMR shot until the child is a little bit older. Doctor, we would like to have Hep B maybe when they are a teenager" "GET OUT OF MY OFFICE ANTI-VAXXER!!"

They get payouts for sticking to the schedules, they don't care about individuals health, they don't care about individual decisions. They are an autocratic public health system.

How this is a controversial take is astounding to me. Where did we go wrong? Where has the critical thinking gone? Since when do we blindly trust mega pharmaceutical corporations that incentive profits over health?

I have explained repeatedly why the diagnosis of autism is in the rise. Anti-vaxxers don't want to hear facts that don't fit the narrative. They don't want to hear from experts who have literally worked with autistic children for decades.

There has never been a single study that hasn't been refuted as false, that has shown any connection between autism and vaccines. Not a single one.

I've had just about every vax you can get, and only one put me in the hospital (COVID vax)....but that one was enough to erode a century of hard earned trust. I didn't just get that vax myself, but I talked reluctant family members into getting it. I am glad it was just me that was hospitalized over it, because I don't think I could like with myself otherwise.

Nevertheless, I am in no way an antivaxxer. I have gotten the flu-shot ever year since 1995 (when I joined the military; it along with a whole host of other vaccines are mandatory). I have a pediatrician with kids the same age as mine that I trust fully. He does not recommend every vaccine, but he does recommend most and we get them.

What we need is transparency. We used to think we could get sound expert advice from the federal government about these things, or at least I did. COVID destroyed that. Our so-called government experts were wrong at every turn, but none more egregiously than pushing this COVID vax. I don't know how you can mock or shout down anyone for their suspicions regarding vaccinations at this point.

This hits close to home. First Grandchild was recently born. Baby is literally DAYS old and while in for a checkup the DIL gets told that the baby has to have a flu vaccine. She was like "WTF? The baby doesn't go anywhere. Its only around family and a couple close friends and everyone knows to not be around the baby if the barest THOUGHT of being sick. So, NO. Are you out of your fvcking minds??" She got told that they would have to find another doctor and Pediatric practice because they have a policy that if you don't get the full recommended series of jabs that you can' t be seen. So they had to find a new dr. Can't make this stuff up.

Yeah. Pretty funny that my DIL's mother is a Dr at the Cleveland Clinic and she thinks is nuts to be pushing flu shots on babies that are lterally days to weeks old and breastfeeding. Also funny is how when i was a little kid I remember physicians were right below priests on the God -> Normal Man hierarchy. What you wore to your Dr appointment MATTERED. You may think that you're dying but you had better put on some decent clothes! Yeah now i'm and by extension my kids are respectful and grateful that we have access to that skill, but hey, if we don't like the body mechanic that we're dealing with then we need to go to another body garage and give a different mechanic a shot at earning a repeat customer.

100%. It's the medical associations first and foremost, but they have long since traded medical science for political science. Still, the spineless, gutless and intellectually lazy Dr's who failed to speak up bear blame as well. Of course, it didn't help with the veiled and sometimes unveiled threat that they would lose their licenses to practice if they did speak up.

As with most things - the truth is somewhere in between.
