I don't contend that every district is doing a tremendous job, what I do content is that we are not failing in all schools across the country in a blanket statement

So you think that public schools are succeeding? We were number 1 and the country that everyone else aspired to be (in education) and now so many other countries have blown by us. Most of my extended family works in healthcare and education btw.
