Welp.

We made it today for the highs and the lows. Thought we were going to be sent home with the Covid scare but we made it.

The DNA was excruciatingly painful. To listen live I really felt so sorry for the jury. And honestly think the defense drug it out to make it more painful.

Then the forensic pathologist brought it home. How could anyone do this to another human being….. No matter how big of scum PM may have been. And for a father to sit there and know he either directly or indirectly caused it. Sickening.

Summary. Thank you @tigerbean for your perspective.

We arrived a little after 7 and were safety admitted. Was told about 20 were turned away. But you can come to the after lunch portion and be admitted. Quite a few left at lunchtime and it’s first come first served for that.
Love this. Hope you and live action attendees post more. Bonus for soulless ginger/Stud Tinsley in the wild pics.

Sorry about the phrasing below, but I didn't know how else to ask the question...

How does he shoot Paul, from the front, twice with a shotgun, from 3-5 feet... Then pull out a rifle and shoot Maggie, at least twice, from the front, at close range, and twice more while hovering over her ??? She would have been hauling ass away, wouldn't she ??? Do we have two shooters ??

Just google the video of a Pennsylvania State Senator that committed suicide at a press conference and if you can get through that you MIGHT be ready for autopsy photos. I haven't googled it lately but I assume it is still out there because it happened a while back and was still out there a year or two ago.

Warning, don't search and look at that video if you are the least bit squimish. People think when someone commits suicide there is a small entrance wound and just a little bit of blood.
That stuff doesn't bother me and appreciate it.

Did I hear yesterday that there was evidence of blood on the shotgun and blackout from inside the house?

Or she heard gun shots and went towards them thinking one of them shot a dog or accidentally fired a gun. She may not have assumed AM was murdering PM.

How did the lawyers on both sides just get the data from GM from AM's Suburban this past Saturday? Now both sides want it admitted. It seems like that would be something they would have asked for months/years ago.

I mentioned way back in this thread that my 18 Sierra sends me a text and email every time a tire looses a few lbs of pressure. His vehicle had to have some data from that night.

they had asked for it from GM for a long time. Once the person testified last week, and the national pundits started asking questions, GM was able to respond within 24 to 48 hours.

It’s not uncommon for big companies to ignore and or give limited data in response to subpoenas.

I could be wrong but I believe that the FBI agent said that he did not ask GM for it because he did not believe they would be responsive but his team developed the software to hack into the system. It took them a year to do so.

The FBI agent did testify along those lines. Also the prosecutors subpoenaed the records a long time ago and GM lied and said they didn't have them which is in line with what the agent testified to.

Hauling ass away. That's why he picked up the assault rifle. Remember, he's an experienced hunter. A fat slow wife isn't a hard target at 20-30 yards. Not that I would shoot my wife.

Yes, but she was shot at close range in the front (at least the first two shots)... The autopsy examiner testified to that...

Nothing significant on the news today except Maggie's sister testified that Alex wanted Maggie to come to Moselle so she could go with him to visit his father. Said she was afraid for the family because of potential attacks from outsiders. But she said she stopped believing Alex after the fake suicide.

You're right. I forgot she was shot in the stomach & hands. Probably in a defensive position. She must have started running but I haven't seen anywhere how far she ran before he shot her again.

The shots entered her from her front side...until the one thru back of head...as if someone circled around her while she was on the ground

Before “someone” shot her again

how can they ignore subpoenas?
can i ignore subpoenas?
if i was innocent and knew my car could prove i was in another state and they refused the subpoena i would sue them for a billion dollars if i went to jail.

That back and forth was excellent between Griffin, Maggie's sister and the Judge when they had to send the jury out.

I think that was Alex's dad's dog. I could have misheard that though.
I probably did ,had it on it the background.

Dale was a boss tho.

"Well Paul had hog hunting dog's didn't he?"

"He got rid of the blue tick but kept armadillo."

"Well when you're hog hunting w dogs you can't use guns can you?"

"Absolutely you use guns.....unless you're man enough to go in there and catch him by the toe and bring em out."

*audible belly laughter is shared by all

*my apologies ,I was misinformed that you had to use a knife. No further questions

Dale the dog keeper was definitely an interesting witness. The defense did a great job of refuting the State’s point with the hose. However, the State did an equally good job of getting Dale to say there were no guns left around the kennels on the day of the murders.
