Sorry - The FBI case against Murdaugh, there was a plea deal. The deal was contingent on Murdaugh being truthful (yeah - go figure) with where the missing 12 million of client funds went. The FBI can only account for half, there is supposedly an unnamed attorney who is not part of the case that they believe helped him steal or hide it away.

So 6 million dollars is unaccounted for. Feds now want to throw out the plea deal which was going to give Murdaugh a concurrent sentence of 20 ish years for the federal crimes. They want him to get the max (22 counts, most are 20 year max, some are 30 year max) and have it served after the state time has been served.

Basically he will never see the light of day again, even if something were to happen to the state conviction.

If there is any place guaranteed to be haunted, that would have to be it. However, his wife was a really nice girl, but still, ghosts are ghosts. I dont really want to meet one face to face.

I don’t think so. Alex stole money from Randy as well and Randy has been the only family member to even suggest Alex was lying and not being truthful about the murders. I don’t know anymore than the next guy, but reports are that the two were not close. Randy didn’t speak to Alex for over a year during the trial.
