Are the chickens running around yet?

No. Joe Biden will be sworn in as president on Jan. 20, 2021. So that means Trump lost. Joe Biden (and America) won.

To quote you from the recent past, “you know what’s coming”: President Biden!

No really... as of right now, it’s not over.

Because a sore loser would rather push a false narrative rather than accept defeat. So sad. Even sadder that people support and enable him in this pursuit with evidence of nothing more than standard election issues that affect hundreds of votes at most.

Tick tock... better jump on the Trump train. It will be over soon and a few of us have been telling y’all.

Yes, it will be over soon. But not the way you think it will.

They have won literally 1-12 of the cases they filed, and in the 1 case they got a favorable ruling, the judge declined to order the count stopped.

All across the country people are realizing that this thing is over and elections officialls will soon be certifying results.

EDIT: the supreme court has already given approval to counting ballots that arrive after election day but were postmarked day of.

There isn't fraud. And the courts aren't going to just give him the election. It's over.

I guess for the moment we will agree to disagree. I’m confident that the evidence will be overwhelming. I’m sure more than few on this board will push back. My only ask is to fight the urge to call names and destroy stuff. At the end of the day we are all Americans.

You don’t see us calling names, hurling personal insults, burning buildings... but if the situation flips...

Your confidence is based on the word of a serial liar? Because the campaign, in more than a dozen lawsuits, has yet to present a single actual instance of fraud.

Why are the big city buildings still boarded up??? They know but will never admit it.

Here’s the facts... we just want the process vetted and the truth revealed. You don’t find this many coincidences at once and no substance. Millions of American citizens see what’s going on, and their faith in our system is being tested. Not good for a democracy.

If Biden wins.. okay, I’ll keep on living and not worry another moment about it. I do question why you all become strongly defensive at even the notion of fraud. You guys need to just settle down.

A transparent and fair voting process is something all Americans should want.

I would say that the only people hurting the trust in the election are Donald Trump and his allies. They keep screaming fraud, but have yet to have any proof whatsoever, in fact, most of what they have screamed about has been easily debunked. Other than absolute shock that he lost, what makes you so confident that there was fraud?

I see that this excites you, but at this point, it’s no longer about Trump.

It’s about restoring the American confidence in our election process. Without a honest election process, we have no democracy.

You guys need to look beyond Trump. This is much larger.
Except that theres been no evidence of anything wrong. So, it really just ends with Trump.

I'm assuming we are only talking about this election? Or do we mean elections in general?

Yes, Trump is causing a stir but don't forget Pelosi and HC accused him of cheating before the election even started. Yes, I know HC isn't in the party......but let's not fail to ignore her access to followers that are in the party and the press.

I'd say there is cheating in every election and on both sides, to what scale I don't know but there is both evidence and accusations in just about every election I can remember (including all public races here, not just presidential). I'd also say that while some of the alterations to voting methods/requirements might fall within the legal boundaries of being "Fair", they don't help bring faith to the process. Our tax dollars pay for these lawsuits to change voting practices every year. We should all be angry about that

Personally, I don't think he is going to overturn the result but the whistleblower testimony (the ones on official record) need to be heard out, at the very least to ensure we introduce prevention methods for the next election if found to be both fraudulent and of course true.

I wish it did. Sadly, his antics are setting a dangerous precedent for this and future elections.

Take, for example, the current case of Errol Webber. He is a GOP candidate for California's 37th district in Los Angeles. He faced long odds in this race, notably going up against a popular incumbent (Karen Bass) in an area that is Democrat-heavy.

So it was little to no surprise that he was trounced by over 70 percentage points. Game over, right? Not so fast, my friend. He's following Trump's lead and not conceding.

What Trump is doing is corrosive to our country and our democracy. If he has evidence, share it. Otherwise these unfounded claims and frivolous lawsuits are nothing more than political theater designed to further the narrative that Trump is never a loser.

PATHETIC!

I would point out in the case of HC, that while she has certainly bitched about him and has talked about what cost her the election,. She conceded immediately and I don't remember any accusations of fraud or cheating by her.

Do you have any links to Pelosi claiming Trump cheated? The only stuff I've found on it were mixed up in Clinton articles. Clinton said Biden shouldn't concede and Pelosi said that Biden shouldn't debate Trump. Just wanted to see if I'd missed something.

Actually there was one party in the 2016 election who claimed widespread voter fraud: Donald Trump.

So he commissioned a GOP-led committee to investigate. What did they find?

NO EVIDENCE OF WIDESPREAD VOTER FRAUD!

Yep, I know......not CNN, FOX, etc.

“In late August, Secretary Hillary Clinton said, quote, ‘Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances… I think this is going to drag out, and… he will win if we don’t give an inch,’” McConnell continued. “That same month, Speaker Pelosi and the Democratic Leader both stated, quote, ‘[President Trump] needs to cheat to win.’ In October, when Speaker Pelosi was shopping some conspiracy theory about the Postal Service, she recklessly said, quote, ‘I have no doubt that the president… will lie, cheat, and steal, to win this election.’”

Hey, thanks for the quote! Hopefully I can trust Daily Wire to not straight up lie about a quote ;)

Fair point, I'll grant you that Pelosi did basically accuse Trump of cheating. In her (mild) defense, I'd note that the stuff that was happening with the post office delays pre election was very suspicious and Trump is actively lying right now to try to steal the election. That being said, I don't think Pelosi should have tried to undermine trust in our Democracy the way she did. I'd rather she have said something like "our democratic process is robust and any irregularities will be addressed as they occur".

For all those claiming fraud, I guess you want to throw out the Senate races won by Republicans and the House seats picked up by the GOP? Because it is difficult to believe fraud happened only in a presidential race. Are there hundreds of thousands of ballots nationwide in which people voted only in the presidential race for Joe Biden and no down-ballot races?

Really, let's start with logic and go from there. Fraud accusations just make no sense when the GOP maintained control of the Senate and won House seats.

Watch the twitter video embedded........that's not indicative of cheating?

And you're still not going to acknowledge the 3 + year Russia smear as a direct indication that our elections can be rigged by the left?

I have time and respect for everyone on here (some more so than others) and I've tried to be as respectful as I can to weigh in your counter arguments and your fact findings to ensure that I don't have blinders on or maybe didn't see it the right way. In fact, I've openly admitted when I've had it wrong (yesterday being the most recent).

You're nuts if you don't see the irony here.

Hit send to soon on the last one.

Totally agree with your last statement and I would have liked to have seen Trump respond the same way. What was always clear was that the mail in ballots would tip the scales in the days after in person voting and for the life of me, I can't ascertain why he would go full "GERONIMO" when he had a chance to act presidential. It's moments like these where I can't get behind him. We at the very least, can agree on that.

THIS x 1000. And now add in literally hundreds and hundreds of poll workers, all of whom are local citizens, both Democrats and Republicans across all 50 states. And remember, this is NOT a Trump vs. Biden thing. These folks are ALL criminals... felons. They are willing to commit a crime and violate their promise to fairly count the votes... a felony in this case, and corrupt one of the pillars of our Democracy. AND folks on here absolutely believe it and are willing to turn on their own neighbors b/c a serial liar told them so.. no evidence required.

Only a Russian hoax in full effect, 6 months into President Trump’s first term.

No big deal.. let’s just forget that.

I thought the russia collusion as well as the impeachment was stupid and only for political posturing. I will say I think the Russia Collusion was more a matter of the ineptitude and lack of experience by the Trump kids.

I appreciate that you are willing to engage and be level headed. I'm just saddened that we are at this place in America.

I am impressed so far with how Biden is handling all of this. He is acting Presidential and being very measured and professional. It is drawing a very distinct difference in behavior with how Trump is acting which I think hurts his case.
