Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on Thursday revealed the contents of a document detailing an alleged bribery scheme involving President Joe Biden.
After weeks of resistance, the FBI finally permitted the members of the House Oversight Committee to view the form FD-1023 which includes allegations from a confidential human source detailing the alleged pay-to-play scheme.
At issue is Ukrainian oil company Burisma, which was facing an investigation from Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin in 2016. The company hired Hunter Biden to "make the problems go away," Greene said. "That’s what they specifically said."
"[Burisma's owner] also said that he paid $5 million to one Biden and he paid $5 million to another Biden," Greene continued. "And it was all a bribery to get Shokin fired and end the investigation into Burisma."
Greene indicated that the Burisma owner retained records of the payments to the Bidens.
Viktor Shokin was removed from his post in 2016.
The Georgia Republican vowed to continue pursuing the matter and said she had "high expectations" that the FBI would continue cooperating with the House. She did, however, lament that the FBI had not permitted a public release of the FD-1023.
During the period of the "alleged" infraction, Biden reported $13m in income.......I'm sure all of those "speaking engagements" were legit.
Might be wise to check your facts before you "allege" wrongdoing.
"Joe Biden’s first year in the private sector proved to be his most lucrative in at least two decades. He and his wife, Jill, earned about $11.1 million in 2017, nearly double their total earnings from 1998 to 2016, which added up to $5.8 million, according to a Forbes analysis of tax returns. The couple brought in another $4.6 million last year.
The bulk of the Bidens’ big payday came from a book deal and speaking engagements. Joe Biden routed his book and speaking payments through a company named CelticCapri Corp., which took in $9.5 million in 2017 and $2.7 million in 2018. His memoir, Promise Me, Dad, came out in November 2017 and has sold over 300,000 copies. On his financial disclosure report, Biden listed 30 book tour events, which paid him a total of $1.8 million, plus another 19 speaking engagements that provided $2.4 million."

I want to see all the evidence, but you have to believe that the prosecutor wouldn't pursue charges unless he had something pretty cut and dry. They know the public outcry from the right will be deafening so they have to have their ducks in a row.
My guess is they have the following type of stuff:
1. Video of the files being moved after the subpoena and return and into Trump's office.
2. Testimony from staff that they were told to move the documents.
3. Testimony from his lawyer that he was told by Trump there were no more secret documents, and not to search the office.
4. This audio admitting that he had Iranian attack plans(national security), knew they were secret and classified, and that he now can't presebt that file and it hasn't been returned.
5. Mark Meadows is testifying against him, so any discussions where either Trump admitted to hiding the files or similar.
I am always hesitant to assume that Trump will ever be found guilty, but I have to think they have something pretty damning to pursue charges
Great synopsis and I think you're spot on. As quiet and deliberate as Jack Smith has been, no way in hell he brings charges unless he knows his case is rock solid. There's too much at stake if every t hasn't been crossed and every i dotted.
Donald Trump has never been this country. He's just a person. If he would stop committing crimes, he would stop being indicted for them.

For anyone thinking Nancy Mace stood for anything, an appearance on Steve Bannon's "A Minimum of 5 Shirts" podcast should dispel that notion.
Without looking first, I'm half inclined to bet that Burisma is a country that Rudy made up. Not sure we've reached that stage of the game yet, and even if we have, magas will just believe it's a country that liberals have kept secret for thousands of years.
