Yes, I am projecting; but is it a reach? You said we have to kill ppl off at a much higher rate to survive...in essence, depopulate... so you are right, it's much more extreme than zero population (i.e. not growing any further), you actually advocate a type of selective genocide with the aim of reducing the global population.

With regard to the class of people you have so ineloquently selected for termination, not every positive contributor to the advancement of humanity fits into your category of desirables. The person that might one day cure cancer may well be someone you would have terminated. From the sound of it though, you don't want to cure cancer anyway (yes, projecting again).

But alas, I am the one obviously in error here by entertaining you outlandish and vile comments in the first place. No thinking human can feel the way you described--at least not once it's thought through. Your comments were clearly meant to troll and inflame. I should have given them the treatment they deserved; and that is to ignore them. Sometimes I just can't help myself.
