not a good look ... would like to know the full story though, although ... I not sure what "story" could justify such a response from the officer.

Sue for any damages to the camera if any + $1 and a public lived streamed apology from all officers present and their supervisor ... if they wont agree to the apology .... let the attorneys feast.

edit: Oh I see ... went to the guys YT channel (Pepperoni Audits). He just films personal interactions with police to ensure they are following the law. Personally? Sounds like a good way to catch a beating ... but ... ya ... it appears like he caught these officers infringing constitutional rights. Additionally, if you believe his channel ... looks like the police attempted to delete all the videos (including the one posted) from his camera. He was able to recover the deleted data from cache soooooooooooo .... ya .......... double yikes for Florence PD.

The cop almost certainly violated procedure and didn't really (that I can see) have grounds to arrest the guy, but there is absolutely no question that the guy was wanting what happened, to happen.

This. The guy also comes across as a total loser.
Loser or not, unless there is a LARGE part of the story that is not in that video (and after researching it some, there does not seem to be) those deputies are a disgrace and need to be dealt with.

Yea the cop should suffer some consequences too and hopefully he learns a lesson.

That doesn’t change the fact that the dude is a total loser and was looking for a confrontation.

Both can be true. The deputy was fine (I think) until he went to make the arrest. There was no obvious reason to arrest the guy.

Yea he was fine until he went to make the arrest..........which was 2 seconds after he initiated the conversation.

If it was just 'some guy' instead of a cop, and he decided to whip the cameraman's ass instead of arresting him, I would have had no problem with that video. And would have laughed my ass off.

Cops cannot act like that, but I have no problem with SOMEONE whipping Pepperoni Face's ass.

I think that is the whole point, he is a public servant, not some random guy
