Hillary - Election Denier

Current vote count in GA is 51% higher than in the last midterm election. This is what we get when we make logical expansions to early and mail-in voting paired with extremely sensible protections. Kudos to GA for expanding voting access in the state!

Don't get too excited about the current vote count.

"Incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock has a significant lead among early voters, according to the poll, while challenger Herschel Walker is bolstered by the potential for more support among highly motivated Election Day voters.

The finds Warnock with better favorable ratings while Walker is unable to take advantage of key issues that have been helping the GOP nationally.

The poll was conducted by telephone October 20-24 with 615 Georgia registered voters, and has a margin of error of +/- 5.0 percentage points. It was conducted by the Monmouth University Polling Institute in West Long Branch, N.J."

I was just celebrating the GA voting law that secured broader, easier access for millions in the peach state. Yet for some reason, Biden called it Jim Crow 2.0. Just horrible, disgusting rhetoric.

I mean....
Because he continues to deny that the election had major problems and was not a fair election.

The people are speaking loud and clear that the election was tainted. And we ended up with a mush brain as a result. If it’s not corrected, next thing you know Fetterman might be president.

I live in Georgia and they have made it harder, I know from experience.

  • I requested an absentee ballot that I had to request by email or mail, not by phone.
  • I had to attach a copy of my driver's license to my email request and my application had to be signed by hand, which means I had to print it out to sign it, then scan it and upload the application. This might be simple for you but imagine how hard this would be for an elderly person without a computer, copy/scanner or tech skills.
  • Previously, there was a dropbox a mile from my house, now they've removed it and the closest dropbox is 8 miles away.
  • The closest early voting location which was previously a half-mile away is now 8 miles away as well.

Sure, it may be easy for an able bodied person, with transportation, to drive to an early voting location but that does not make it EASIER than it was before. And what's the point? There was an insignificant amount of fraud in the last election and it was caught. So don't try to tell me we have easier access. NOT TRUE

Sorry but your argument does not sway me. I am under the impression that direct relatives can drop off an absentee ballot for elderly people. Now when someone pulls up 3 times a day with a huge stack of ballots then that goes way beyond direct relatives. If an elderly person still has the wherewithal to want to vote then they can get their relatives to assist them in the processing part of it.

This is absurd. Besides the fact that some people believe the election was tainted, they have NO EVIDENCE! Plus, many of these candidates are in reliably red districts and would have been voted for regardless of their immorality. The others are being elected because many voters laughably believe that it will help the economy. Smart people know this won't help at all, because one thing we know about the Rs is they will make sure that none of the issues get fixed so that they have a better shot at 2024. These are facts.

This doesn't directly address the points I was making but what if they don't have direct relatives or their relatives aren't able or interested in assisting? The point remains - they have made it HARDER to vote, NOT EASIER.

Thats the price of having secure and fair elections and it is totally worth it. If we don't have secure and fair elections then we might as well not have elections at all.

The requirements to vote in America are minimal. You have to drive or take public transportation 8 miles (literally 10 minutes) in order to vote? Oh the horror! You have to have identification, oh the horror!

There are thousands of men and women who have died to keep your right to vote. 10 minutes out of your life should be scoffed at.

They have plenty of evidence! You just don't like the evidence, but that doesn't mean its not evidence none the less.

In fact, government agents colluded with big tech to suppress information and sway the election. That is a fact for which there is plenty of evidence.

Yes, R's are running on making the economy better because it has done nothing but go downhill since Sleepy Joe was elected and democratic policies instituted. Inflation, Inflation, Inflation!!! Crushing the middle and low class and they will voice their disapproval on election day.

We had an extremely fair and secure election the last time. The fact remains - there was insignificant fraud in the last election but they made it HARDER to vote because butthurt Republicans can't accept the loss and want to make it harder for people in the other party to vote. I don't care how you slice it, the new laws were not designed to make it easier.

This is sheer stupidity and doesn't show evidence of any fraud. And if you're alluding to Hunter's laptop, they were right not to report on it since Giuliani and the New York Post were the only ones with access to it. And here we are two years later and there is still nothing that implicates Joe as being corrupt.

But if that's your hypothesis, Trump never should have been President in the first place since he paid off some porn stars to buy their silence before the 2016 election.

They were not designed to make it easier. They were designed to make them more fair and secure as everyone from both parties should want.

If that made it a little harder to vote then so be it. It should affect both parties the same. Both parties have voters affected by the laws.

Its so hard to vote, they have record turnout this year. Things that make you go hmmmmmm

Now you realize that the 2020 election was not conducted under normal rules? They used the covid emergency to remove any constraints to election fraud so you cannot compare 2020 to any previous or future election due to the China Virus attack on America and the convenient handling of said virus by the establishment.

Are you comparing this to the election held during a pandemic, or every election prior to that? Because the goal isn’t to replicate pandemic-times voting procedures.

Why do you need a dropbox when you can mail it? Why do you need an absentee ballot to begin with?

I’m 39 years old and have never early voted or voted by mail in ballot. Always been exceptionally easy for me to show up and vote on election day. I do appreciate that others are voting in other ways though, as it saves me time on election day.

Guessing it takes me less time to vote in person than printing, scanning and mailing a ballot. And my ID is already in my wallet - as it is for almost everyone - so that part is as simple as breathing.

The early voting numbers in Georgia would indicate that many residents are also finding it exceptionally easy to vote. The added conveniences of early voting and excuse-free absentee/mail-in voting have undoubtedly expanded access compared to historical processes.

In SC, I don’t know if we even had early voting until recently. And mail-in was limited to a specific list of absentee excuses.

Speaking of excuses, there really are none at this point. It’s incredibly easy to vote.

I know this will blow your mind but the majority of the population believed this was an appropriate measure to help slow the spread. cRaZy!

I've been voting this way long before the pandemic because it's easier and there's nothing wrong with it. Why wait in a line for hours if you don't have to?

I didn't need a dropbox but I believe it's more secure than mailing it.

Edit - I mailed my ballot this year on the 17th, instead of driving 8 miles through Atlanta traffic to a dropbox and the election portal still doesn't show my ballot as being received. It showed that it was accepted in the next day or two when I used a dropbox in the past.

I did not but irregardless of that time there is no current justification for mass unsolicited mailing of ballots and we need identify verification completed.

Simply put, the data is out of date and this report is no longer useful information. and yet this report is used time and time again by those in the election denial universe. It's based on unreliable ACS surveys from 2014-2018. Run the numbers again on the census data.

I know, for instance, that none of the data for Colorado is even close to accurate.

You are one of the more reasonable conservative posters on here. But one of your biggest weaknesses is that you see the world only through your own eyes. It is super easy for you to vote in your affluent white suburb so you assume it is the same for everyone.

You display a serious lack of empathy to your fellow man. Lack of empathy is going to be one of the downfalls of our society. I heard your prophet joe Rogan discussion this with HR McMaster recently. So it ain’t just a liberal view.

It's a .gov site.....not fox news

Did you... Read the pdf? Sure it's linked from the Illinois sos office, but it's not an official document, it's a press release from heritage foundation that appears to have been submitted as a comment to a rule making. Which anyone can do.

Unlike you, I only like "reliable" sources

Also, interesting that you're an educated owner of a large company and you still use juvenile schoolyard names.

So by choosing his family's values and needs over another's, he lacks empathy? That's a truly stupid take as that's the basis of democracy and why you actually vote.

The recent push to change the whole of the country for the 001% is going to be the downfall of society, that and equitable outcomes.
