He was found guilty by the courts and is serving a sentence. I'm not sure what more you wanted from this? You don't have to agree with the outcome, but the courts deemed the punishment to fit the crime. Obviously the DC Bar didn't think it was so egregious after their review.

So I guess write the DC Bar and complain that they should hold their members to a higher level? Maybe they can shed light on this situation more than your basic assumptions of conspiracy?
