Yes. I’ve known Joe Biden since I was 10. Argue all you want about his effectiveness or policies but I can tell you with 100% certainty that he cares about regular people.

The headline simply states that OBAMA didnt spy on his campaign. But that doesn't mean that the FBI didn't spy on him (they did). Now whether the order came from Obama or not might be debatable, but we do know he was in the meeting where it was discussed along with Susan Rice and then Vice President Joe Biden.
But it is factual that the FBI used knowingly false pretenses and altered documents to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Trump. Its not up for debate, those are facts. Whether Obama ordered it or not is pretty much irrelevant.

Trump was spied upon based on illegitimate pretenses. They got busted. No way around it. Call it whatever you want to, but it happened.

Travis himself even says how prepared the Republicans were as soon as this happened.....but how unprepared the Democrats obviously were. Seems like a weak foundation for the argument that the Dems were behind it.
He then goes on to talk about things like "FBI going through Melania's underwear drawer.....5 minutes after he states that there were no cameras there and that the lack of CNN cameras proves that the Dems were behind it? This after he gives 10+ examples of how the Dems have leaked every other instance prior to this.
This doesn't even feel like this rant even approaches speculation. More like stirring the MAGA pot. But I'm sure lots of folks lapped it up. No doubt his points will be included in arguments here for weeks to come

The Justice Department had been under pressure to explain why the FBI raid the Florida home of former President Donald Trump.
Basically just called the Trump teams bluff. If what was done wasn't done legally with cause, then let the Search Warrant and documents be released.
Taking classified documents is illegal and is now a felony since 2018 when Donald Trump himself signed it into law. That's the ironic thing about this situation.
I'm curious to see how this plays out.
Garland approved the search warrant. Other than that, we learned essentially nothing from Garland's comments.
We learned they are perfectly fine with everyone seeing why they requested the search warrant, what they were looking for, and why.
They don't seem really worried about what they did and basically told Trump "F You" for talking shit about them.

Won't release until tomorrow, basically the DOJ asked the court to tell them if Trump didn't want it released.
