I'm grateful to live in America, but I think the whole "pledging allegiance to a flag" is a bit strange.

My allegiance is to Christ. Not a flag. Anyway...moving on.

Did not read the whole thread. Was just a response to your comments on the color of skin part. Read both articles and if I am off on your comment then I graciously apologize. My response was in reference to TR issue and not the California case.

The problem is that a school full of white people is using the flag to taunt a school full of Hispanic people. I didn't raise the race issue.

As I said, you couldn't really enforce a "flag" ban as there is no way to prove "taunting" with the US Flag.
