Are you saying that believing in some bogus conspiracy theory gives you the right to break the law?

What objective person actually straight face argues that what she did was in any way criminal? Looking at all the facts it looks as though people who want to hide something were the ones pushing this. Keep in mind a dominion software engineer, admitted that they were going to rig this thing with their voting system.. why would the judge not allow her to bring on any expert witnesses? Why was he afraid of that?
This kind of nonsense is why people are losing trust more and more with the government and the validity of our elections.

Here's the thing. It's clear you don't really know what's going on or the details of the case or her charges.

She broke the law. The testimony made it clear she knew it too. This isn't in question.

The "expert" witness was excluded by a Republican judge in a heavily Republican district because they had nothing to do with the charges levied against Tina.

Nobody gives a **** if Tina thought the election was rigged or going to be rigged in this case. It has no bearing on whether she did illegal shit (she did).

She broke the law. Hopefully she ends up in jail.

Edit: the thing that our good friend @Dbatz thinks no objective person would believe is criminal includes the following:

Lying to state government to get access into a secure room for a person who wasn't background checked or an employee of the state.

Illegally gaining access herself to the secure room where voting equipment is stored, through the key card obtained illegally, mentioned above.

Instructed county staff to turn off cameras in the voting systems rooms she shouldn't be in but went into when the cameras were turned off.

Putting a hard drive that she illegally copied using the above-mentioned methods into the regular mail containing election data and personal information of thousands in an effort to further her conspiracy.

Tell me one thing she did that would in any way alter the count or infringe on one single persons vote? There is nothing. If dom. Is so worried about their reputation maybe they should better vet their software engineers who guarantee a certain outcome and say they (dom) will make sure of it. In this case it was fire the person after the fact, scrub all the evidence of his accusations, then act as if it never happened. Add to it that several forensic software experts were threatened if they kept speaking out or in the event they testified, this is what breeds conspiracies. You do know people have written code that does just that and it’s untraceable.
We need paper ballots, voter id, and national holiday on Election Day.

shes going to go to jail for lying and fraud. nobody in this trial is alleging that she infringed on anyone's ability or right to vote. I'm entirely confused by that assertion.

this trial has nothing to do with dominion. literally nothing. You know what breeds conspiracies? making up bullshit.

and, to the point you tried to make about her not "infringing on one single persons vote"

The establishment will protect the framework of the voter fraud machinery at all costs. Prepare to be attacked and possibly imprisoned if you attempt to expose the fraud as its the cornerstone of keeping control against the will of the governed.

can you ****ing imagine the outrage from you people if a dem clerk in Denver lied to the government to get their political research friend access into a secure room with voting machines, then made a copy of election/government data, and put it in the mail, to that political research friend. Then that friend put that shit on the internet.

jesus man.

you ****ing people have lost all sense of humanity.

Get off your high horse. Peters was technically probably guilty. Should not serve any time. Mass election fraud is very real and the number one threat to the continued existence of our nation. Thats my strongly held opinion and do not give a flying shit if you dont like it. You are very insulated in your world of politics. Better figure out whats going on with everyday people.
