If you listened to the clip, he clearly said the (3) million gallon reservoirs were full, which is true. He mistakenly called them reservoirs but meant water towers. Also the words "million gallon" should also have been a clue that he wasn't talking about the "117 million gallon" reservoir.

That big 2011 windstorm that blew down power & telecom lines in the San Gabriel Valley? Yeah, we had crooks who’d stolen magnetic “Southern California Edison” signs, put them on their vehicles along with vests & hard hats and went around to (you guessed it) Elderly & other more naive groups to rob their houses while checking their power feeds & internal outlets.
One showed up at my MIL’s house in East Pasadena. She knew better; Unfortunately I wasn’t home to drag his ass into the house and beat the shit out of him.

Get your "ish" done. I've had a CWP for over 20 years. You know how many people have ever seen my guns? No one, outside of the people that live with me---my family.
