If you listened to the clip, he clearly said the (3) million gallon reservoirs were full, which is true. He mistakenly called them reservoirs but meant water towers. Also the words "million gallon" should also have been a clue that he wasn't talking about the "117 million gallon" reservoir.

Dear People of California,
Gavin Newsom just signed an executive order to suspend environmental policies to allow for a quick rebuilding of all the rich people's houses that got burned in the fire. Yet he didn't do the same to allow for the building of new homes to help poor & middle-class families out.
You guys could've been buying cheap new housing this whole time if the state & cities had streamlined new construction, but they let you suffer.
Do you now see that the climate change agenda was & is a hoax that Dems use to prevent you from prospering?
