First off, Show me where Trump denigrated Tim Walz's military record! Walz served for 24 years and that is to be saluted by everyone. Walz commented recently about "when he returned from combat" while in the military. He returned from a Southern Italy deployment, so can you tell me what combat area in Southern Italy he returned from? Walz and Harris have both said that Walz attained a very high rank(Command Sergeant Major, I believe) in his service which is a complete lie. He never qualified for that rank. He was slotted for that rank but never attained it because he never finished the requirements. Can you shed some light on Walz's retirement when his unit was scheduled for deployment? I talked with a retired enlisted man, Sergeant Major, the other day and he plainly said that Walz deserted his troops in a time when he was needed. Do you want to go into Walz's DUI situation while he lived in Nebraska, you know, when he tried to outrun a law enforcement officer who was trying to stop him? Or maybe you could talk about the borderline police state that Walz employed during the covid situation or how he handled the demonstrations in Minnesota while he was the Governor?
Yes, Trump does say some dumb things that just frustrates the hell out of me!! I hold my nose in some of these episodes and concentrate on what he did while President of the USA. I concentrate on what my retired life was like, what I paid for anything, the relative peace that occurred when he was president. I also like that he held the E.U. nations to the agreed upon contribution to Nato.
The choice we have in November is a very clear one in my opinion. Both candidates have baggage, one is a very successful businessman and did a good job when he was president, the other is a bag of wind and can't speak without a teleprompter who has refused so far to have a press conference so she can be asked questions about the preposterous things she says she is going to do. Watch her speech in her recent N.C. rally, totally ridiculous. She sounds like a dictator. Check out what happened in some countries like Argentina and Venezuela when they employed some of the dictator type controls on markets that Harris is supporting today which may change tomorrow, the poster person for flip flopping. When the debates are held, and if they are fair to both candidates, she will be exposed as the light weight she is.
Just an add on, I spent 7 years in the Air Force and had 101 missions in B-52.s in Vietnam. Our crew was the lead crew on about 80% of those missions. I know something about duty and honor.
