I wondered about that and went looking. I found this in the 14th amendment:
"Section 4
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. Trump has also previously said the real insurrection happened on election day 2020.

When Trump met at the White House with Modi, they talked a lot about trade deals. But I don’t remember any mention of BRICS.
And Modi certainly didn’t say that India was leaving BRICS or ending their development of a BRICS stablecoin.
I also didn’t hear anything about BRICS related to Trump’s conversations with Putin and Xi.
This was AFTER Trump threatened 100% tariffs on the BRICS nations if they tried to come up with their own currency for trade, instead of staying trapped in the centralized system controlled by the FED and the Federal Reserve Note.
