Which is the only way I see Clemson taking the ACC to court...I believe (or at least want to) that this decision was thoroughly thought out.
But what is the backup plan if those reassurances fall through? Or is this like buying a black market iPhone in a sketchy parking lot?
What if tomorrow Petitti and/or Sankey cease to be commissioners of their respective conferences?
We piss off ESPN and expect them to just welcome us with warm embrace into their golden goose of a conference?

Not until the Big 12 rumors came out did I even remotely consider that option. The sky is not falling, but the longer the court cases go on, it does make me wonder.
