Electric cars get massive subsidies from .... the Federal Government. He is saying that the free market should decide when to adopt to electric cars and not the Federal Government.

So when you chain link inflation market hasn't moved near as much as you think. With low inflation a 10% move in the market is fine when you have 6-7% average inflation you need a lot more return, but what do we old farts know... lived through in 70's 80's and beyond... etc. See my post above ....
