1. Can you direct me to the post where I argued that we should not be opening things back up? Don't recall doing that.
2. That was a lot of words you typed there, but none if it made what is written in my signature any less true. You know, truth. I know Trump voters don't care much about truth anymore.
3. Help me out here. Why is it that you trumpsters are adamant that anything good that happens is 100% trump (big ten football, the veterans act that Obama signed, etc) but you also think he is blameless for our disaster of a covid response? It makes no sense. You dont get to quote pre-covid stats. Trump is president, and we currently have 4% of the world's population and 25% of the worlds covid deaths. That is pathetic. That is on Trump, as is the current state of the economy. As Biden correctly said to trump, "It is what it is because you are who you are." Our economy would be in much better shape right now if trump had gone early and aggressive on a mask mandate, quick testing and contact tracing.
4. Before you give me the goto response "but trump out a china travel ban in place", keep in mind that 1. that ban contained so many exceptions that 40K people where still able to fly to the US from China in the two months after the ban, and numerous other people just flew from china to somewhere else and then flew here.
I noticed they were finally wearing masks at the white house yesterday.
It looks like multiple repub senators may have been exposed to covid at the white house, possibly jeopardizing the SCOTUS vote.
