For those in jail on other offenses and ask for resentencing—we’ll just ask for more time on existing convictions. (This already happened in one case on reversal of sentencing calculation for common misdemeanor)
For those awaiting sentencing, we’ll do the same.
For those already charged but awaiting trial, plea deal—we’ll file a superseding indictment with other counts such as “civil disorder” or “obstructing law enforcement” and seek equal if not more prison time.
