Anyone else firing up the grills, smokers, griddles this weekend?
Getting ready to smoke out the neighbors with chimney starter, cooking a "middle skirt" for some burritos/fajitas. Pounded it out to help break up the connective tissues, then seasoned with Kinder's "Red Jalapeño and Garlic" seasoning.
Resting comfortably in the fridge.
Gonna cook and watch some Clemson Soccer.
