Ok so I’m sitting here at the bar picking up some to go food and this topic of conversation comes up. I know the girl sitting beside me who chimes in that she used to go on family vacations with them at a young age. Y’all know I never post but this is crazy.
She is good friends with Buster. Buster did not get kicked out of law school and Buster has a girlfriend. It’s always been thought that he was gay but never really confirmed according to her.
The kid that they killed that was supposedly his boyfriend was pimping himself out to several different gay guys in the lower part of the state (Hilton Head). Paul and some of his buddies were on there way home from high school baseball practice and held a baseball bat out of the car and whacked him. Then they covered it up. She said Paul pushed the housekeeper down the stairs and that is when the embezzlement started. Said the family and brother knew he has been taking money from the firm for years. She said the mistress and wife where both really nice people and the wife was definitely filing for divorce. It was not pills it was cocaine. She also said Alex and the attorney representing him are best friends. She says Paul killed Maggie, Alex killed Paul execution style. I will add that she said Paul has been a psycho since he was a young kid. This was the most credible information I’ve heard and I do trust the source but I’m just a messenger. TIFWIW.

Mallory Beach had (and still has) two sisters. They were both married at the time of the boating accident in 2019. Mallory Beach never lived with her half sister. She also has no sister who is 23 years old.

Beach's attorney is no friend of the Murdaughs. Nothing is "going on there." Tinsley has played a role in promoting the OOJ investigation.
Just looking at the posting dates, this was clearly a course requirement that had to have a certain number of entries. He does a few in September, then drops off. Then second week of December he’s like “oh sh*t, the blog posts” and starts spamming his blog with all these posts before the deadline. Game recognize game.

There's quite a bit that is true, or probably true an some that is pure conjecture. The baseball bat is pure conjecture, but does sound like something Paul would do. Who killed who is also conjecture and certainly not known by the girl who used to go on vacations with them. The psycho part is 100% true. Timmy is real. The wife was filing for divorce. I don't know about the mistress, but the wife was very nice, at least to people she knew casually, which is usually a good indication.
This is one of the original theories and would add up. There would be at least there odd aspects:
1. Would Paul really shoot his mother twice out of rage? Maybe…
2. How and why did Maggie’s phone end up on the side of the road?
3. How does Alex have a “solid” alibi?

Agree. No way you call 911 over a botched suicide, especially without a life threatening injury. Makes zero sense.
This was a staged attempted murder. He or his lawyer decided that was a stupid play and was only going to implicate him more in the murders, so they ran to SLED with the suicide story instead. The only question is where was Eddie in all of this?
Was he even involved at all?
Or was he involved and he is playing along because there is much worse to hide?
Seems like an attempted assisted suicide charge would be worse than a faked attempted murder charge with no insurance aspects involved. Wouldn’t he just call BS on the suicide story if he didn’t have anything else to hide?
But Eddie doesn’t appear to be the brightest bulb in the box, so who knows. It will be interesting to hear what he says once he has a lawyer.

Eddie is called out of the blue, shows up, Alex waving a gun around, wrestles him to the ground, gun goes off, he grabs gun, drives off, tosses the gun.
Alex accuses him of helping to stage a suicide. Eddie is arrested. Eddie says even though Alex’s story is BS, he holds no animosity towards Alex for implicating him. Also says Alex better not try to frame him.
All makes perfect sense. Ha.

Episode 15 of the podcast with Matt Harris and Seton (someone) contains interview with the lawyer for the housekeepers kids. Bottom line is he says the boys haven’t seen a dime and he thinks his case is one of the more pivotal cases. He thinks if nothing else, several people including AM will go down for tax evasion.
At this point, I am far more interested in who all was in on their schemes. The familiy themselves is obviously fooked.
