It also exonerated the couple from the conditions of their release from custody while they were awaiting trial. Those conditions had included not being able to communicate with each other about the case.
Officials with the U.S. Department of Agriculture accused them of appropriating about 50 acres of federal land by fencing it off. The Maude’s ranch is on land that has been in their family for more than 100 years. They operate along the Cheyenne River near the Buffalo Gap National Grasslands.
The Biden DOJ was prosecuting an American family of ranchers in South Dakota for simply putting up a fence on the wrong side of their property line.
Leaders in South Dakota made President Trump aware of the issue, and he immediately went to work to address it!
