It's higher than that as a lot of followers believe it but are afraid to say it. More than 50 percent of dems believe it too. I have some dem friends that believe it was stolen and laugh about it. They condone it due to whatever it takes to stop Trump.

Why am I, a previous longtime Republican, now supporting the Democrats?
1) Democracy - it matters. The press is not the enemy. People with different opinions are not the enemy. Voting should be encouraged in any format ... mail, in person, whatever. Early voting is fine, too. If you restrict voting to one day, military members outside of the country lose their votes.
2) Getting the job done - We constantly heard about Infrastructure Week coming up in the Trump administration. It never did. Biden passed a major and much needed infrastructure bill in his first year. God knows our roads and airports need updating. We need high-speed internet everywhere. The bill is so attractive, conservative Republicans who voted against it are going to ribbon cuttings in their districts/states when new projects are started.
3) Personal freedoms. I lean prolife but no law should be passed that eliminates a woman's right to end a pregnancy due to rape or incest. And that was tried again and again. And, back to democracy, in Ohio the Republicans tried to change how many votes it would take to amend the Constitution (from a simple majority to 60%) all because it feared passage of a state constitutional amendment securing abortion rights.
4) Limited government is a buzz word for Republicans that is not part of their reality. Gov. DeSantis is the worst violator of that. He wants his government to step in to corporate decisions. He wants to support book banning. Trump himself is now on record saying that parents should elect school principals. Imagine what a mess that would be.
5) Science. Republicans believe climate change is a hoax (example: Ramaswamy and Trump). Believe business when it says we should be concerned about climate change. Insurance companies are in business to make profits. If insurance companies are running away from potential business because the risk of loss is too high, there is a problem that needs addressing. Climate change is such a problem.
This is a partial list by the way.

3) Personal Freedoms - Democrats colluded with big tech to restrict your speech. Democrats tried to enforce Vaccine passports. I generally support womens right to abortion, however, you are still taking another Human life and I just can't get that worked up about it. The babies need a voice defending them also and abortion should not be a method of contraception. States rights is the correct answer on this issue.
4) Desantis "supports" book banning. Which book is banned? Oh yeah, not one book is banned. That is an MSDNC talking point. What you mean is you want perverted books accessible to school children.
5) Climate change is a hoax. NONE of the bullshit you were told as a child came true. You have people flying around in personal jets that will expel more carbon dioxide in one flight than you will in your whole life, and they are telling you that climate change is a problem. GTFO. Climate change is a huge scam. Of course the climate changes and humans have adapted since the begining of time.
I'll never support the democrats. I believe that you are the best steward of your money and that the politicians in DC are as dishonest as the day is long. So many politicians that come into office with NOTHING and leave as Multi-millionaires when they are supposed to be working for WE THE PEOPLE.

As for climate change being a hoax, I suggest you start a P&C insurance company and start serving people in Florida and California at low rates. You will have lots of customers. Climate change. So insurance is expensive, yet no one is selling their waterfront homes are they? No water front homes have lost their value. The questions is how will we adapt? Where did you get your degree in climate science from? That’s to say, you make big claims about it. Why should I believe you?
The Earth is indeed getting warmer. The greenhouse effect has been offered as a theory to explain that. There’s good reason to believe human activity has contributed to a greenhouse. This may or may not be true, but regardless, you should back up what you say instead of shouting at the sky.
I think it’s perfectly reasonable to say that it isn’t fair to expect your average person to go out and buy a hybrid or to shame someone for keeping the heat on in the winter while John Kerry flies around on a jet. When you go way beyond that into crazy land, it only hurts you
