I could rant all day ... ALL DAY ... about the sequel trilogy, but that is a topic for a different thread
and ... painful to hear, youre not gonna like it ....its easy for a minority to use "racism" as a crutch. The US not a racist country today and institutional racism is a myth.
Here is another one for you .... we dont have poor people in the US. Want to see what real poverty looks like? take a trip to Brazil, Colombia, or India .... that is poor.
and Im gonna side with @jakefest here. Most racist people in the world, are the Japanese ... close number 2? The Chinese.
MOST "racist" encounter I have had to deal with in the work place? Our airport site in Calgary, Alberta. Our L1 team up there consisted of a mix of Indians (like... Indians, not Native Americans) and Pakistanis. It SUCKED, because I couldnt fire any of them for their bullshit, since they were all union and firing union people in Canada is .... virtually impossible. Basically, had to schedule the shifts based on race because they refused to work with each other. It was awful.

I have lived in three other countries in Europe and Latin America. Certainly the LA countries had significant racism and poverty. The racism was just more out in the open than it is in the US.
I think it is kind of gross that you say we don't have poor people here in the US. A homeless person in the US ain't much different than a homeless person in latin america.

- They've also eliminated black representation with their extreme gerrymandered map drawn by DeSatan himself
- And of course they joined the crusade against women's uteruses
- They passed the "Don't Say Gay Bill" to make sure they silence discussion of anything outside of the traditional, white Christian, ethno-state families
- They've now passed a bill that takes away Disney's self-governing status for what?? Because they wanted to stand up to the self-righteous bullies for their ridiculous repression of other voices? Insane!
- They tried to pass a bill that required you to state your political affiliation when you enrolled in college.
- Kentucky just passed an abortion bill that doesn't make exceptions for rape or incest
- And now Utah is trying to pass an abortion bill that even strips the exception for "life of the mother"
- Tucker Carlson spends a week in Hungary tossing Orban's salad and next month CPAC will be hosting a conference there.
For board members of the GOP, do you support this insanity? Do you see these things as a winning strategy? Do you not see where this is going and if you do, is this what you want? To be ruled by a despot?
Keep it up and you'll see an extreme backlash by the anti, anti-woke crowd that may just keep you from holding power ever again. You've gone too far and you need to be checked.

Teachers are hired to teach approved curriculum only and not some woke revisionist story made up by the American Communist Party! Curriculum has to be sanctioned and the people have spoken related to CRT and transsex to kids.

- or drug addiction
Now ... to be fair ... if you want to talk mental illness and drug addiction and what could/should be done, Im all over it. BUT ... If you have lived in Latin America, then you have seen the Favelas. That is poor. If you have ventured outside of New Delhi .... that is poor. Our "poor" have cell phones, Government housing, new XBOX X Series, attend Bingo twice a week, and have new Jordans. We have "broke" people in the US, who are often times broke because of the terrible decisions they have made.
Now Im not a complete heartless monster. I think there is a lot we/society can and should be doing
- stop the lie that you have to go to college to be successful. Invest more in vocational programs at the high school level.
- Pay teachers more ...much more
- "free" community college
- ban the practice of for profit prisons and/or adjust funding for privately operated prisons on the basis of rehabilitation NOT population
- invest in vocational/GED programs for inmates
- start treating drug addiction as the disease it is, versus a crime ... while at the same time treating drug traffickers and the Government officials who turn a blind eye to their operations with the full force of our legal system AND send a few MOABS right up the ass of the cartels.
People need to be accountable for their own actions. They need to make good decisions, but as a society we need to ensure that there are good decisions there for people to make.
