Elon Musk and Twitter

I am going to give you points for not still trying to blame what happened on ANTIFA and BLM.

There absolutely was a planned coup that day. Go read Peter Navarro's book, he comes right out and talks about working with Steve Bannon and 100 republican congresspeople to make it happen. Their goal was to delay the certification and give them more time to convince a swing state's republican leadership to simply overturn the results in their state. Ironically, the violent mob of magidiots probably F'd up the plan and made some members of congress rethink it.

Now, Steve Bannon, MTG, Trump etc. all were very vocal about getting people fired up and down there to the Capitol. Did they PLAN on the violence that occurred (beating police officers, etc)? I am guessing not. But Trump certainly didn't do shit to stop the violence once it started.

And please answer this question honestly. We know that Navarro, Trump and other Trump minions are refusing to sit and answer questions in front of congress. If Hilary had refused to attend just one of the ELEVEN Benghazi hearings that the republicans in congress held trying to F her, what would you have called her? I am guessing you would say she was GUILTY?
You may have me confused with someone else. I have never blamed antifa or blm for jan 6. Could there have been a couple of those people there to egg on the anger? Maybe so. However, the vast, vast majority of the people there were Trump supporters. Now we are getting into semantics, but I don't consider politicians voicing their anger over an issue as part of "planning". Did Trump and some of his supporters in congress encourage people to voice their displeasure with the results? They absolutely did. But if you are going to point to that as the impetus, then surely you faulted obama for getting on live tv and saying Travyon Martin could be his son for what followed. Particularly when the court found zimmerman not guilty despite HUGE social and political pressure to do the opposite.
Also, you pretty much just admitted that what happened WAS NOT what Trump or his surrogates planned, which is exactly what I have been saying from the beginning. There is a huge difference between Trump trying to delay the certification because of protests to buy him time and what happened Jan 6. Also to your point about Jan 6, we know multiple republican legislators and Trump administration people requested more security in the time leading up to Jan 6. Why did Pelosi and the dems refuse these requests?

As to Trump refusing to testify, I don't blame him at all. We know for a fact that Chuck Schumer and other legislators that are still in power have already claimed MULTIPLE times they had indisputable PROOF of Trump/Russia collusion. They did not claim they THOUGHT there was collusion, they claimed indisputable PROOF. We know that was an absolute lie and purely political ploy to take down a political rival. There was in fact no proof of anything like that and when he was told to produce said proof, he could not. Be honest, would you put your fate in the hands of people whose actions have proven them to be dishonest liars who already attempted to railroad you once?

you conveniently did not answer my question.

That was not on purpose. I would say she is guilty based on the info at the hearings with or without her testimony.

Maybe guilty is not the right word, bc you can't prove a crime was committed, but at least partially responsible for those deaths at a minimum.

You are missing the bigger picture. The violence (when republicans beat police officers) was one small part and, ironically, probably derailed Trump's larger plan to overturn the election results.

Trump and a group of 100 republicans were actively trying to OVERTURN the will of the people. That is what the Jan 6th committee is investigating, not just the violence. They were trying to get state legislatures to overturn the results and just call it for Trump. There is a phone call with the GA Secretary of State that we have all heard. What amazes me is that you are OK with that. I actually heard a republican use the "well it didn't work, so no big deal" excuse.

And stop bringing up the Russian collusion stuff. They have been investigating that shit for 5+ years. If someone commited a crime, let them burn. That is the difference between me and you.

Delusional if you think a bit of what you wrote is correct.

apologies for the fox news link ... only place I found that had the "story". If you ignore the "slant" and just focus on Musk's tweet from yesterday, it pretty sums up how I feel about the Democratic party

https://www.foxnews.com/media/liber...-claims-democrat-party-hijacked-by-extremists

The left has gone so far left that those who were middle of the road or moderate democrats are now Republicans. Bill Clinton of the 1990s would be a moderate Republican if he ran today.

the problem is the US democratic party has never been "left wing." it's always been a centrist, center right party, compared to actual left parties across the world. now that you have a handful of actual left members in congress that are pushing back against the neoliberal democratic mainstays it makes it look like there's been an actual leftward policy shift.

10 years ago john mccain and mitt romney were considered republicans...now they're called RINOs by the majority of the republican party

1. That article was garbage. It's like gateway pundit level garbage. LOL at "liberals are melting down".

2. Elon is entitled to his opinion.

3. I remember during the primaries when Bernie was leading for the Dems. Yall said repeatedly, "I can't believe that the dems are going to put up a socialist for president!" I pointed out - correctly - that Biden would win the nomination and when he did yall would just start calling him a socialist. And guess what happened?

4. There is a socialist element to the Dems, but it is a very small portion of the party. There is a fascist element in the republican party that is small but growing. (you are burning books now, really?)

5. Most of the things that you guys say are radical are bullshit.
CRT, Defunding the police, open borders. None of those things are real.

By your definition, the dems were trying to overturn the will of the people in 2000 in FLA. Trump wanted to win and thought there was massive election fraud(whether true or not). He wanted states to uncover the fraud and use it as justification to overturn results based on new vote counts. You are just making crap up with the "and just call it for Trump" bs. You and I both know there is no avenue for state legislatures to do that. Trump knew this as well. They couldn't do it even if they wanted to, so just stop with the ridiculous hyperbole.
That phone call with the GA sec of state basically said find enough illegal votes to make him the winner. Frankly, I see nothing wrong with that if there were in fact illegal votes counted/cast. I am pretty sure he didn't say just turn over the results, he specifically stated to find enough improper votes to change the results which, again, if existed would be the right thing to do. Did he not specifically mention doing it based on votes?

Finally, no, I will stop bring up the russia collusion. You are right, they have been "investigating" for AT LEAST five years with no proof of such. This was/is probably the largest coordinated effort to take down a political opponent in the history of our country. Regardless of whether Trump is the devil himself, a concerted effort by democrat politicians and their msm mouthpiece based on the true big lie should not be forgotten.

iirc the call to GA SOS didn't mention anything about illegal votes. his exact words were "“All I want to do is this: I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have,” Trump says, according to audio of the call. “There’s nothing wrong with saying, you know, that you’ve recalculated.”

Honest question. I haven't heard anyone say that Trump was colluding since the meuller reports. The only people still bringing this up are Republican Trump fans.
Also, while I agree the concept that Trump was actually colluding with the Russians is a stretch, it is mainly because they (Trump family, Trump,Bannon, etc). Were so woefully inept at collision. They tried and were just bad at it.

LOL at comparing 2020 to 2000. Trump and his chronies wanted to stop the certification of the election. Al Gore certified Bush's win HIMSELF.

You should read Navarro's book yourself and learn about the Green Bay Sweep. They absolutely intended for the decertification and then for state legislatures to pick the electors.

I love your last point. You acknowledge that there has been a five year investigation into whether trump was targeted that has thus far produced squat. Then you say this "is the largest coordinated effort in history." Seems like if that is true, then some more people would have been charged with something in 5+years, no?

None of these guys will actually watch those hearings. They will just watch what Fox News tells them to think about those hearings.
True dat and you know CUT93 is already working on his word salad manifesto that he thinks will prove it's all lies 😅

RINO is one who campaigns and speaks purporting to support certain policies that his/her constituents support and elected the person for and then turns around and votes supports policies that are not in line with the rhetoric. Some of the RINO's even mostly stay conservative until a very crucial issue comes up and they get the order to flip the other way from their handlers.

Roger Stone, Michael Flynn and Paul Manafort absolutely colluded. Do you think they were doing it WITHOUT Trump's blessing?
The marxist deep state controllers sent their A Team to bury Trump with this and couldnt even touch him much less convict him and you are still clinging to the lie. Sad? You are hypnotized...wake up. Trump is very possibly the most investigated man in history with NY still trying to rig some kind of way to say he broke some laws and yet the hardcore left still believe he is guilty of everything.

Let’s just play this again, because this may literally be the dumbest post in the history of Tigerillustrated

Aligning your brand with the first amendment sounds like a pretty good idea to me. The communists won’t like it though

Hey. Guy who knows nothing about nothing. The first amendment has nothing to do with private business firing people for posting stupid shit on Twitter.

****. How do you get through your day?
