If you believe David Pecker, a former close friend and associate of the Orange One you have learned that the term fake news was indeed invented by the one that accuses the mainstream media of engaging in. Pecker agreed to be the eyes and ears of the Trump campaign. As such, he bought and buried stories which were adverse to the Orange One and he allowed Trump to feed him stories which he embellished and published. Ted Cruz's father being connected to Lee Harvey Oswald is the example about which he testified. Now, on the off chance this testimony is untrue, all Trump has to do is to be placed under oath, and tell the court that it is a damn lie. Normally the reason a criminal defendant does not testify is to prevent the prosecutor from introducing all of the defendant's criminal convictions. As yet Trump has no prior criminal convictions. I will bet Tiger Growls and every other card carrying member of the cult any amount they wish that Trump will not testify. Not because of prior convictions but because he will get caught in one lie after another and would likely leave court being charged with perjury.

There is zero evidence that Joe Biden is involved with an independently elected state prosecutor who has nothing to do with Biden, the Justice Dept or the federal government. In fact, even If Trump were convicted, Biden couldn't even pardon him because it is wholly separate in every way.

Yet you readily accept the bellicose bloviating from the biggest liar in American history just because he says so. In addition, you want the criminal charged with 88 felonies to get away with his crimes so he can fraudulently prosecute a man that has nothing to do with the crimes he committed. And whether you like it or not, they are crimes.

That doesn't mean he will be found guilty because it's a high bar to prove he committed a crime in order to conceal another crime, even though we all know that's exactly what he did. And don't even try to suggest that the evidence won't show that.

And remember that both lawyer teams got to pick who would be on the jury and you can be sure that Trump's lawyers made sure there were some that were favorable to him, and it only takes one of those jurists to find him not guilty.

I want Trump acquitted in this case because this is prosecutorial misconduct and politically motived prosecution that would never be allowed if the last name of the defendant wasn't trump.

And that's what's happening here. A state level prosecutor accused him and brought the case before a Grand Jury. They indicted him. Now there's a judge and another jury that is going to conduct the trial. Both sides get to help choose the jury. IF Trump is convicted, he gets to appeal just like anyone else. All on the up and up. System working as intended.
