FBI raids Trump’s attorney’s office

Either he’s screwed or mueller is trying to get fired.
Mueller is just doing his job and should be allowed to do it. Besides, it was a Republican U.S. Attorney hand picked and appointed by Trump that signed the search warrant for Cohen's office. It wasn't Mueller.

It's like Trey Gowdy said, if Trump doesn't have anything to hide, he has nothing to worry about and needs to just shut up and let the special counsel do their job.

What does this have to do with collusion?

It will soon enough lead to obstruction... Trump's ego is too big not to react--- in his case over react. If Trump has been telling the truth (big if), anything the FBI finds can only impact Cohen.

He should follow Gowdy's advice "If you are innocent, act like it"

Breaking news. A billionaire gave a slut hush money.
Do y'all really think they are raiding Cohen's office solely because of an affair with a porn star and looking to find pictures to prove it? There is more in play with Daniels, etc. that they are looking into than just trying to embarrass the president. The U.S. Attorney of the southern district of NY is entirely made up of Republicans and the U.S. Attorney himself was hand picked and appointed by Trump. He's not signing a warrant to conduct a raid without reason to believe laws have been broken. Simply having an affair isn't against the law. There are greater implications that they are concerned about.

This. I can’t believe any one would spend one ounce of credibility trying to defend Trump. He is my worst version of a human being.

If Trump fires Mueller that would almost instantaneously lead to a bipartisan backed impeachment. I promise you Trump knows better (or one would think) than to do that.
Sadly he has already asked Don McGahn, his White House counsel, to fire him and he refused. When news broke, he asked McGahn to deny it and he refused to do so because it happened.

Oh I am sure. It’s just Stormy is the only thing they have covered for a month.

I have turned the news off, I get everything I need right here on TI and it’s all truthful and full of Facts.

But the Washington Post says it’s related to Stormy. My question is why has that ever been news?

Good call on the news... :)

As for Stormy, the only reason it would tie to Stormy is if they have reason to believe federal election laws were broken in bribing Stormy. Everyone knows there is no law against being a sleeze ball who cheats on his wife on the regular with porn stars and prostitutes.

Doesn't have one thing to do with collusion because there never was collusion. They knew there was no collusion in the first place. The object is look until you find something. The special prosecutor ( and the 15 democrat hack lawyers he hired) are way over there boundaries and has been from the beginning. What a joke!

Of course, the media has nothing to do with what the FBI and federal authorities do. It is newsworthy that a porn star was paid $130,000 eleven days before the election to keep her mouth shut. Is that illegal or a violation in terms of our electoral process? I'm not smart enough to know.

Just curious how you know that, aside from Trump telling you that. I don't know what they are going to find. They may find nothing. But I know that Bob Mueller is damn good at what he does, is honorable and by the book, has the respect of Republicans and Democrats alike, and is doing exactly what he was asked to do.

Trey Gowdy said it best when Trump's attorney (Dowd) went off on Mueller last month:

"If you have an innocent client, Mr. Dowd, act like it," Gowdy said on "Fox News Sunday," later adding, "If you believe that there's no collusion... you should want special counsel Mueller to take all the time and have all the independence he needs to do his job."

There are several republicans on Mueller's team also, that is fake news that they are all democrats.

It is in Mueller's charge that if he comes across anything illegal in his investigation that is outside of his primary focus (russia collusion), he is to turn it over to Rod Rosenstein, the deputy attorney general (a republican). In this case, Rosenstein gave that evidence to the local states attorney in NY (mostly republicans) and they made the decision to raid the lawyer's office.

You know you are not totally wrong. They are going to look until they find something. But that is no different than what Ken Starr did to Clinton. He started with the guy who committed suicide, then moved to Whitewater, then ended up investigating Bill getting a BJ in the oval office. I am guessing you had no problem with that approach then, but suddenly have an issue with that now.

My guess is violation of election law....

Trump Campaign probably paid the guy in some form and he did not give the source and use of the money to the bank...maybe he just billed the campaign for advice. If so, someone else will take the fall.

Sad part is the country cannot get on with its business.

Is it just me or do you think of this guy every time Trey Gowdy is mentioned.

FYI... Mueller has his own issues...like Fast and Furious. and Benghazi which were both put under him while he served. Nothing to see there

Keep hearing people equating Repubs with Trump. Plenty of Repubs hate Trump.

With that being said how would you feel if 15 Republicans started investigating that crook Obama. But of course the media would never let their anointed one get investigated.

Could be about the dumbest statement ever. The media doesn't have any control as to who gets investigated and who doesn't. BTW, how was Obama a crook???

Like I said your information is erroneous. But your boy trump never lets that stop him from doubling down, so neither should you

Can both parties agree on this? If nothing is found now after this can they stop this and focus on this country and around the world? I say no and never will in my opinion.

For your information Trump is not my choice I'm a conservative. However it's stinks how the media has tried to railroad him since the first day he got in office. 24 /7
