If this happens and it goes to SCOTUS who then tries to install Trump, Biden can declare martial law and override Congress and the Supreme Court. When martial law is in place, as Commander in Chief, Biden has unlimited authority to make and enforce laws. He could remove Thomas, Alito and Roberts. He could remove the members of Congress that participated in January 6th. He could implement the voting rights act & make it retroactive to force the states to certify the delegates as voted for by the people. He could arrest all members of the Heritage Foundation for attempting a coup on the nation.

Roberts has called the country of Hungary “THE model for conservative statecraft”. Orbán’s polices include changing typical western democracies into Christian democracies. He wants a Christian culture. He has placed controls over the media in Hungary, changed elections rules making it virtually impossible to remove him from power, eliminated rights of women and LGBTQs and moved contrary to NATO. Victor Orban is a close friend of Vladimir Putin. Orban’s policies mirror the initiatives of Project 2025.
