That's not the point here though. All the buzz I'm seeing says "the documents" related to attorney-client privilege while "in the White House" still belong at the White House. There's a lot of circumstances around the privilege that aren't as straightforward as you'd imagine, but since I'm not an attorney I'm not sure what to think. Just pointing out that according to other voices out there, he still shouldn't be in possession of them.

History has already proven me right. And it’s only going to get worse. More dirt is going to come out as people close to this mess no longer risk incrimination. In 10 years, nobody will admit to supporting Trump (and a lot of people are already hedging their bets). History will look back on this period as a dark time for our democracy.
