How about if you wife was going to die, and the baby was not going to live or had monumental health complications?

You really gonna choose that life? You are gonna tell your wife that she has to die? You want to be a single widower with a severely handicapped baby who will destroy your life financially, if they even live. If you decide you are then that's your right.

It's not your right to tell someone else that they have to do that.

3. A baby’s sex is determined at conception.
4. A baby in the mother’s womb has a heartbeat that can be detected 17 days after conception.
5. A baby in his mother’s womb has detectable neuro activity at 42 days after conception.
6. Unborn babies have discernible fingerprints at 14 weeks.
7. Medical science has discovered that un born babies can feel pain at 9 weeks. Can you imagine how bad it would hurt to have your limbs broken off while a doctor is pulling you apart during an abortion ?

Have you ever seen an ultrasound on a pregnant woman ?

I guess calling these unborn babies fetuses makes you feel better. Your conscience ain’t no joke is it ?

Speaking of weaponizing the legal system...In some states it has been decided what is necessary and proper care by elected officials. Why are medical doctors not expert enough to determine the viability of a fetus or the life of the mother? Interesting that an unborn human has more rights than living humans. Some in society are all for protecting the sanctity of life before it exits the womb. However, once the child is born, the rule is survival of the fittest. There is a class of people that could argue that the judicial system has been weaponized long before 30 May. They have been incarcerated for life or pending execution for crimes they may or may not have committed. Capital Punishment must be wrong. So how many children have you adopted?

I have first hand knowledge of the exact type of situation I'm describing. A women had a history of risky pregnancies. She unintentionally got pregnant while on birth control. Her Doctor strongly suggested that she gets an abortion to save her life, since the previous pregnancy had ended in miscarriage and almost killed the mother, and her first pregnancy was very dangerous and she was hospitalized for weeks post delivery and the child had an extremely challenging birth with some TBI side effects.. In this instance the wife and her husband decided that she would have an abortion to avoid the risk to her life.

Her husband is a current Southern Baptist Preacher and certainly doesn't support abortion, he also didn't want his wife to die and leave their first child motherless.

Would you force her to then carry this child until term to be able to have a C-Section? She had a D &C and is fine and currently being a wife,mother, and head of the WMU.

They are rare, but they do happen. Nobody likes abortion, but you are letting your emotional feelings impact other people's lives. Their decision has nothing to do with you.

I’d bet my bottom dollar that late term abortions are more common than a woman’s life being in danger in such a way that only having an abortion would save her.
Science positively proves that life begins at conception. Mass of cells language is nothing but leftest mythical rhetoric. Follow the science.
I abhor rapists and think they should be punished severely. My heart bleeds for women who have suffered such a tragedy. Thankfully, it’s a very small percentage of abortions that is due to rape or incest. Killing the innocent baby is not going to un-do those tragedies. It’s just going to pile another tragedy on top of a tragedy.
