JFC this dude is so bad at public speaking. Like historically bad compared to other Presidents.
Makes me wonder, do we have any former Presidents who were this bad at public speaking? GW Bush was made fun of for gaffes, but he could be impassioned and fairly well spoken, His post 9-11 speeches come to mind.
